Ivar isn't "tapped" per se, he embodies Ragnar's anger and strategic thinking, and Ragnar knew that. Yes, he is wild for sure, but i think he needs to be given his condition, at least this way people know not to fw him.

In my opinion, whilst Rollo's legacy (aka his descendants) is more important and famous than Ragnars sons, in terms of history, Rollo himself is not more famous than Ivar or Bjorn or Ragnar etc. So Floki was kind of wrong with that.
