Dear everyone, can I ask you something?

Before I start to talk about this topic, I just want to say thank you to all who are supporting me on Patreon during all these years. And for the people who are following me on this page, I also want to say thank you for support, too. I really appreciated the kindness and help that I receive from you and I'm truly grateful for that.
Ever since I started my Patreon page in 2016, Patreon has become one of my sources of income where I can get the money to, not only buy new equipment and art tools to make awesome art but also to help my family in any way I can. And with the economy that is happening in Venezuela during this pandemic, and now (well, two years ago after the big blackout) everyone in my country can use the Dollar bills "freely", something that it was once banned by the government in the past, Patreon has become one of my main sources of income more than ever.
It will help me to live and to pay my bills. But, mostly, helping my parents. To be honest, when I started Patreon, all my earnings went to pay for my own stuff. But, now, with the situation that I'm living in Venezuela, part of my earnings are going to help my parents.
You know, my dad is a retired employee from PDVSA (and oil company) 14 years ago. Well, he was forced to retired very early during Hugo Chavez's administration when he was starting to kick out all the good workers from PDVSA. And he was very worried that he will be fired, too. So, he hadn't any choice but to retired voluntarily from the oil company. For a time, he lived with his pension that he could manage to pay all the basic needs of the house. But now, at this moment, he's really struggling to survive in this terrible situation that we are living at this moment. With the very low pension he gets, he barely can pay the food, but not enough to pay the house. So I'm the one who is paying the rent, electricity, and other basic things in his house.
I'm sorry that I started this post with this sad story. But, this is my reality, this is my life now. I never wanted to talk about my life before because of professional reasons. About not to mix personal life with work. And I never wanted to talk about my life because I was afraid that everyone would look at me like some kind of needy guy or drama queen. But, if you're watching the news about Venezuela in your country, you would understand my situation.
Anyway, back to the topic, I just want to take this moment to ask you something, and perhaps you can help me with this. So, my question is:
Are you happy with the rewards that I'm making so far? Do you agree with the way I'm handling Patreon? If it's not, what is it? Is there something that I'm doing wrong?
I'm making all these questions because I have the feeling that maybe I'm not doing my job right here o Patreon. I can understand that you stop supporting me because your financial situation changed. I can understand that, and even more in this pandemic. But, for the people who stop supporting me because for other reasons not explained in the Exit surveys list that makes me think that maybe I'm not doing the things right. Perhaps, I strayed from the path and I didn't realize that.
So, what can I do to make the experience in Patreon better? Is there something that you would like to see on Patreon? Is there something that is missing in my Tier list?
I'm not asking you to support me with a sum of money, that's not the point here. I'm totally fine with 1 Dollar every month. I just want to make our relationship on Patreon a little better. I'm open to suggestions.
Maybe it is time for me to put new goals on my Patreon page to add new rewards...
Perhaps, in a near future, I'll start to make something big... but I will talk about that at another time...

Thanks. I wish that everyone would be more interested in my arts, or to give them something that will get them interested more, something that they could stay for a little longer.

Thanks. But already made my decision about commissions for this year. Perhaps next year I will open for commissions. For now, I need to finish some arts I need to get done.
