I'll be talking about circuits and stuff expanding on ElectroBOOM101 information I made videos about, drawing stuff live.

All these schemes are bunk. It is impossible to get something from nothing. There are always mechanical losses and electrical losses so even if perfect conversion was possible (which it isn't), you still loose. If you mean hydro or geothermal power generation, yes that is possible but the equipment outlay can be hefty.

I'm interested in free energy as in energy you don't pay a power company for, I've seen several hydroelectric systems on youtube that use 3 phase permanent magnet generator, full 3 phase rectifier, then into mppt charger. Wouldn't an active PFC be more efficient than a simple rectifier, using the whole wave instead of just the peaks?
