Hi Mehdi, I know this is not the place for questions that don’t relate directly to your content. Please let me know where to do that. I recently bought a Rigol 1054Z without paying attention to the dates in the reviews. With the new 12bit capability and loads of other features, I feel like sending the dinosaur back. I know the golden oldie will do the basic things I need (analyzing wave forms and trouble shooting). I a basic hobbiest and will use a scope for simple data. Should I keep it or spend another 100 on a the modern smaller and sexier 100 Mz? I am planing on returning. Thanks

I think the Orange One was talking about the batteries in an EV boat, not those in an internal combustion based boat. More danger of a lithium battery fire when the water short circuits them, then of electrocution.
