Top one because the image of the bottom one doesn't match the title. But I'd prefer the bottom title: "trying" makes me more interested to watch.

The top one shows you walking, but it's unclear where the object lesson in electrical safety will occur. I'd click and watch it anyway.

Good suggestion Allan! I made the change to make a third thumbnail and posted all three to youtube A/B test and it won!
