Mexico must have just about zero drone regulations! I took my drone through Europe last year and even though I'd paid for 'licenses', it turned out there was noplace to legally fly - not near coasts, cities, people, private property, national parks, etc.... I was in Venice at the Piazza San Marco and suddenly THREE pairs of cops were sprinting towards a guy who was pulling a drone out of his backpack (while his wife was yelling at him to stop!)
