Nice work! You might want to check out the latest beta version of prusa slicer, it has some really nice features like being able to split models right in the slicer and generating pegs and stuff like that, though other slicers might have that as well. You can also use mesh mixer or even blender to split models, if they are not already designed as multiple parts in CAD.
