I found the show description (in Japanese of course) http://www.fujitv.co.jp/b_hp/180202kinpremium/ Basically they are comparing a Japanese Bill Nye like figure to others around the world with ElectroBOOM representing Canada. The title in English would be : Denjiro vs the world scientists.
NANI?!?
Where are the royalty checks? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wJAdrsC4Sw4

how does it feel to be air? did you have a floating sensation?
A rough transcript by me, may be inaccurate: (Narrator); A challenger from Canada! (I think this program poses ElectroBoom as a "challenger" that poses interesting "questions" to guests in the show." (ElectroBoom): Some call me an idiot, but some call me a genius. Yet the truth is (song) (Narrator): ... made a device... first going to test its power! (ElectroBoom): Let's see... Ow ow ow it's numbing! Good for neck pain maybe! (Narrator): This device outputs electricity 1000 times more powerful than regular household appliances! An incredible 100000V! (ElectroBoom): ... Going to use this glove to shake hand with Denkichan (kid-like personification for electricity). Good kid good kid. (ElectroBoom): ... This device can also light lightbulbs... such amazing phenomenon right? Do you why is this happening? (Guest): This is a Tesla coil.
I'm so Happy that I'm funding you!

I bet 'denjirou' is how the Japanese pronounce the English word 'danger' and 'gakuen' is a regular Japanese word. They would use different alphabets for native words and loanwords, but I didn't look for that.

I love that your handshake glove was only 3 fingers and a thumb like a cartoon character! Better than octopus tentacles I guess.

Technically they may be fine, as it's kind of like citing a source for a paper or video/presentation. They might not need permission but as long as someone is made aware that they do not own the clips being used and credit the actual author they should be fine. But I'm not sure about international copyright/fair-use laws.
what theye are saying about you ... :) any japanese to translate
The graphic with you and the other guy @:40 reminds me of Street Fighter vs screen, now FINISH HIM!
Google Translate tells me that 'Denjorou Gakuen' translates to 'Dictionary'. I would love to know if they received an education in your swearing ;-)
Wow, you can take a "Jūman Boruto" using only foil to protect yourself! Team Rocket could take a few lessons from you. (For who don't get it, this is how Pikachu's move Thunderbolt is called in Japan)
Gabriele Bonetti
You are the real mr sparkle, not homer simpson
that was so awesome
Dukefazon
Did they ask for permission to use your video on TV?
Paul Schuur
You speak Japanese quite well!
Dermot Conner
