Hi! I'm a Finnish M.D. subspecializing in pain medicine. One of the things I'm interested in is finding either novel or forgotten methods for treatment of pain and biofeedback is one of those things. Now... I've dabbled with microcontrontrollers and found this little gem in Instructables: https://www.instructables.com/Muscle-EMG-Sensor-for-a-Microcontroller/ But... what REALLY caught my eye is that in Step 5 it uses a FULL BRIDGE RECTIFIER!!! Now I don't have any other choice but to make this thing myself.

Agreed, a patreon only video once a month would be nice. We like the channel, but were not getting any cool stuff. Maybe do a Patreon-only livestream sometime. Big Clive occasionally does one midweek. It makes a huge difference with being able to read and interact with viewer's comments.

So when you charged your cap bank, you connected your power supply RED to your cap bank BLACK, and supply BLACK to bank RED. Why do you not keep some consistent color coding of you power lines? Are those caps non-polar?
