Love it! I don't mind the cuts at all, if it's not scripted it's unavoidable anyway so i don't know why people are moaning. It's better than 10 mins of umming and aahing

I personaly dont mind unscripted or videos with no preporation. It sometimes is more relaxing to watch unedited raw videos of your projects.

I like this video style. Not sure it needs the million jump cuts, simpler is better for informal blogs in my opinion.
