I didn't expect there to be like 12 minutes of "improving" (🤭) and it's certainly welcome because a script is there for structure but improvising involves more raw emotion at that moment, so it makes it easier to tell when you break away from what was originally planned. I really appreciate the person you made us out to be there, they knew how delicate they had to be and knew what would work best for her. They put in the right amount of effort to where they weren't her crutch to escape those feelings, but rather was enough help to get her to see that SHE'S her best solution. I've greatly struggled with body image concerns for about as long as I understood what attractiveness was. I was always trying to fight against it by not having it dictate what I do in the future. But in doing so, I was finding myself trying to fit into groups that always knew how to move the goal posts away from me. It just caused me to be more self conscious about everything people would bully me for. But as I'm sure you've noticed, I'm no longer like that. My profile pic is of me from a couple of months ago and I really made the switch recently to represent my friends that made those clothes. One of my best friends made the hat, it's his logo for his musical passion (he is... not doing well at the moment, he's been hospitalized for a car crash early this month and if only the bad news stopped there... 😭 I won't go further here but he needs so much love right now ❤️‍🩹) and the hoodie was made by another close friend of mine who is a digital artist (as well as physical) and he actually took the picture so that he can use me as a model for his new clothing brand! And those weren't for free either, I made sure I financially supported their journey in the way they've supported me throughout the years. This image reminds me that I look my best when I'm supportive... and this audio took me to that same place mentally. That being said, having now seen my face, I don't think anyone in here could guess the main 2 ethnicities that give me my skin tone and face, I'm very racially ambiguous that way. As a result, I grew up not caring about other people's nationalities and backgrounds, but that also means that because people didn't know how to be racist towards me, they instead went after the other things I wasn't enough of and gate kept me from a number of things and activities I enjoyed. And of course, being overweight became the next glaring issue. But over time I would just be more comfortable in my own skin and focus on who's been there for me. Now let's go have that picnic and enjoy some Almond Joys like the "old people" we apparently are lol
