I was just getting ready to edit and listening through the audio and it fucking recorded on my computer mic and not my actual mic. Idk how this happened because my set up was perfectly fine. I'm literally in shock because it was such a perfect recording sesh. My voice sounded great. I was confident. Everything was perfect. And it captured none of it. I chugged all that throat soothing tea for NOTHING. Ugh.
I think what i'll do is upload another oldie from my old channel. Thankfully it's still on track with my "one upload a month" pass. It's been such a stressful week for me. Now, I'm going to have to skip out on Sunday's upload for Youtube. I'm going to be visiting my friend out of state so I won't even have time to schedule that upload. I'm sad and incredibly disappointed. This is such a last straw moment, I feel like crying but also laughing maniacally :')

literally just a week ago i wrote a whole novels worth of shit for a final essay and 2 days before it was due as i was this close to to finishing it, i accidentally reverted the version history and an entire 2 hours worth of writing was just gone. i know exactly how this sort of stuff feels now but i tried to look on the bright side of it and say this is just a sign the next version is gonna be better now. good luck wish and sorry that this even happened in the first place 🫶🫶

Fuuuck, I'm so sorry Wish. I know this exact feeling, and I'm so sorry it happened to you. Just take it easy, enjoy your trip out of state, don't beat yourself up.
