Risky has been going around transforming people into comfortable things for her wardrobe-! How could she resist getting rid of the meddling genie and having a super rare and comfortable one of a kind pair of underwear?!
Unluckily, the lucky half genie hero had a mirror nearby- bouncing Riskys attack back!
On the negative side of things, they haven't figured out how to revert the change quite yet. On the plus side, Risky does make a good pair of underwear and Shantae is really wanting to blow off some steam. A fitting punishment!
