Cole seems to have a small inkling as to what was offered to Token, and since the surprise guest disappeared, he takes it upon himself to get closer.
Coerced into getting a ride after accidentally chugging the elixir, Token finally gets a name to the guy who had been popping up in his life for the past few weeks and they head out.

I am really thankful for this remake of the first chapter. Given how much you had progressed in the story and worldbuilding, an update on these early events was definitively needed to build a whole story!
