As was explained in Discord: "In case you are wondering about why we exclude Germany, it's not because we hate them! A new law in Germany makes it so that any business shipping sales into the country must register their business in germany for a german tax id number and then we will be charged income tax for those shipments entering the country by the german government. It's super complicated and much easier to just say NO!"

The list was actually around for more than a month; it's listed under "About" section on the main page for any non-patrons. I just didn't realize the page wasn't reachable for patrons without signing out or using incognito tab.
