Maybe a weird combo crafter - weaver/armor smith, something like that - the Black Knight recalls having overpowered options early & often. Solidified silk plate, steel fiber weave, etc? Can’t think of other such combos offhand.

I was thinking crafter so he can get some stuff made that he might need. He knows some of the possibilities and he can get out front of the others with someone that can build shit.

Both the protag & his dancer can help find & buy things at a discount so tech or crafting at this low level doesn't seem to make sense. Lore for monsters, aliens, etc are covered by the memories of the Black Knight, so don't really need that. Buffing isn't really needed yet - his knowledge is effectively the biggest buff you can get currently. So something like a merchant or lawyer from an early alien race like the demon previous-him got mangled by might make a lot of sense. Healing is really the only other thing I'd suggest.

It should be a crafter. An idea is something like “void crafter”. They can make things like bags of holding or weapons with anti-magic or something void related like that. Imagine some one who can always make something from nothing.

The scholar might be of some help but i think the immediate need and probably long term is the technical support. He killed the other Wheelman in the dungeon because she was a raging feminazi. Better to have sexy mechanic only wearing overalls.
