Need to uninstall the old version of mod manager and reinstall the new modeline2 manager provided by this version
The Steam version requires starting Steam in order to start modengine2ulancher.exe

I hope you consider adding cleanrot knights, darkwraiths, abyss watchers, artorias, black/silver knights, banished knights, tree sentinel, nights cavalry, bloodhound knight, death knight (from the dlc), dragonslayer armor (ds3 boss), gundyr, ringed knight, duelist (elden ring gladiator), or zamor. But my number one would be ornstein
