Chapter 190
Contrary to the hospitality that Kanae thought she was going to receive, Amerys had her, Moira, and Aisha imprisoned in a dungeon. Being behind bars hit Kanae with whiplash. It was deja vu, and she might as well be Warchief Gabrul's prisoner again because at least he sent hobgoblins to fuck her.
"So… Why did you put us in a cell again?!" Kanae complained, hands tightly gripping the bars.
Arenade and the Knight of Copper masquerading as Sire Amerys stood on the other side of the metal bars.
"If the two of us are to continue the facade, you can't be seen wandering freely! Sorry, Amethyst. Besides, an isolated dungeon cell is much more private, don't you think? At any rate, allow me to introduce to you my true identity. I am Sylas Briarborn, Knight of Copper, at your service!" Copper bowed his head.
"Hah! Gabrul would lose his mind if he found out!" Moira smirked.
Arenade sauntered past Copper and up to the cell. "Not so brave in there now, are you? Succubus!"
Kanae snatched the finger and yanked Arenade closer. Her immaculate breasts were too large to fit between the metal bars, but with an arm around her waist, she couldn't so much as budge.
"I'm going to dine on you while you two explain everything," Kanae said, sending her tail underneath Arenade's robe.

She turned to Copper and said, "As Knights of Colors, we're supposed to trade info, right? I'll start. Grand Eye Analise sent me, Arenade here, Elizabeth Bedlam, a dwarven sex automaton named Lapis, and Estaline to find you and figure out Lord Charron's thoughts on a union with the succubus Queen-Mother."

"It's a long story… Anyway, the latter three went to investigate Yesenia. I went to Warchief Gabrul. We found you here in Capillis, so now we're hoping you have answers to the second part of our mission."
"Oh, that's an easy answer!" he began as a matter of factly. "Lord Charron absolutely HATES the idea of being with the Underqueen. He throws a fit everytime the name 'Zariah' is brought up! In fact, he made me a demon lieutenant to move the next phase of his plans along— to put an army together and attack her directly. We are of the belief that the Underqueen has been building her armies in one of the dwarven cities. Unfortunately, those plans have been stalled indefinitely. Viscount Bashaun was supposed to search Tortuga Forge for a map of the subterranean dwarven empire, but the city had allegedly caved in. Or so I heard. "
Kanae stared at him like a deer in the headlights.
"Why are you looking at me like that? Did you have something to do with it?" Copper asked reluctantly.
"Y-Yes, but we acquired the map before Tortuga collapsed!" Kanae explained.
"Kanae… I'm cumming…" Arenade trembled intensely and her pussy juices gushed even more.

"We could use your help against the undead." Copper sighed.
"Why should I care that demon forces are being hounded by undead?" Kanae folded her arms.
"Because there are more than just demon forces here. There are citizens trying to make a living. They don't care about war. Most of them are too worried about whether or not they will have dinner tomorrow. The undead hurts us all. Marching hordes trample upon countless farmlands and destroy anything in sight. Please, Amethyst. I'm begging you," he pleaded desperately.
"I don't want to leave the Light of Capillis yet either. Not until I help them repel enough of the undead so they can stand on their own two feet," Arenade added.
When Kanae glanced back at the other two, Moira seemed not to mind, but Aisha clearly wanted out as soon as possible.
"You guys are a lot nicer than me. Fine." Kanae nodded. "If I can find something out about the Pillar of the Damned and how to help Edina while at it, it'll be worth the trouble."
Kanae and Arenade gave Copper a shortened explanation of what happened. He didn't like the sound of it at all and, much to Kanae's dismay, had no information regarding what was drawing Edina north. In the end, Copper unlocked the cell to let them out.
"All I can do is point you in the right direction. The Light of Capillis were concepted hundreds of years ago by Lord Charron to deal with the undead threat. Here. Wear this." Copper provided Kanae with an iron neck cuff.
"What is this? Enchanted equipment?" Kanae asked.
"No, it's just a regular old neck cuff. You need to appear as though you're under mine and Arenade's control. That way, the citizens of Capillis won't panic over a succubus in the city! We can just pretend that it has enchanted properties to force your obedience. The goblin and hobgoblin can just be stray members of Gabrul's horde that we freed from the succubus' charm," Sylas explained.
"Is that… really enough to fool everyone? This seems a little too simplistic," she said dubiously.
Though, they didn't really have much of a choice…
"Simple is best! Arenade, bring Kanae to the Light of Capillis barracks. Aisha and Moira, was it? I can grant you two hospitality under the guise of being my spies sent to infiltrate Gabrul. I understand he doesn't treat his people well. Now is your chance to get back at him," Sylas suggested, his kind voice belying a keen mind.
"Heh. I like the sound of that, dark elf. Maybe we can get along after all." Aisha tried to size him up despite being the same height.
"Oh? Am I hearing consummation night already?" Moira asked teasingly.
She turned red in the face. "M-Mom, shut up!"
While Aisha and Moira followed after Sylas, Kanae followed Arenade to the Light of Capillis barracks. That, too, was also within the dam city. Many people cowered at the sight of a succubus, but Arenade carrying herself proudly assuaged their concerns. The neck cuff also helped sell that Kanae was a prisoner.
The barracks were close to the pegasus roost and along the southward-facing wall of the dam. A bridge and pool of water separated it from the city grounds. Banners with the emblem of a stone tower against the rising sun draped down the barrack walls.
Coming out of the barracks entryway were two high elves, one man and one woman, both dressed in the same regal manner as Arenade. They were accompanied by a dozen Light of Capillis soldiers each.
"Ah, shit. It's them. Just play along and don't act all horny like you always do," Arenade whispered.
"Hey, what's that supposed to mean?" Kanae pouted.
"Well, if it isn't the First Captain. You must have earned a heap of praise from Sire Amerys for bagging a succubus," the female high elf said, shooting Kanae a dirty glare.
This woman's hair was shaved at the sides and sported a buzz cut. A small beauty mark dotted just the right of her chin. When she wasn't speaking, her plump lips pursed together tightly as if perpetually puckered.
"I'm surprised his lordship didn't immediately slay her. Why have you brought her here?" the other asked.
Behind the winged helmet, two piercing eyes alone threatened to cut Kanae down before the sword at his waist would. The male high elf sounded older. His words were more curt and to the point. She sensed the usual high elven revulsion for a succubus.
"Ugh… Wendy, Vincient… " Arenade cleared her throat before answering. "W-Well, you know how it is with Sire Amerys. Always a plan brewing in that head of his. He put this brace on the succubus to keep her under our control. We're going to be making good use of her!"
The lady elf walked right up to Kanae to get a good look at her.
"Is the succubus really under Sire Amerys control?" Wendy asked.
"Obviously! Do you doubt the Sire Amerys? Watch. Succubus, take your clothes off!" Arenade ordered.
"Eh?" Kanae stared blankly at Arenade for a moment.
Not wanting to draw suspicion, she stripped naked in front of the small army of high elves. Her nipples were getting hard. The many eyes on her bare body weren't helping either.
"Uh… Of all the things you could have asked her to do… you had her strip?" Wendy shot Arenade a flustered look.
"What do you want from her? Jump? Jump for us, succubus!" Arenade demanded next.
Kanae swallowed her embarrassment and quietly vowed to get back at Arenade later. She jumped in place as ordered, her weighty breasts slapping painfully after each landing. The elves in the back were beginning to shift uncomfortably.
"I didn't mean give us a demonstration!" Wendy yelled. "Ugh. We have more important things to do. Another ward has gone out. Mine and Vincient's units will be going to investigate and power it back on. Yours and the Fourth have a mission near us tomorrow, right? Don't even think about dropping in to take our glory. Lights, move out!" she ordered, marching ahead with her companion and troops.
Once they were gone, Arenade breathed a sigh of relief until Kanae slapped her boobs.
"Jump? You couldn't have asked me to pat my head and rub my stomach at the same time?" Kanae groaned.
"We had to be convincing!" Arenade exclaimed. "Also, don't hit the boobs. Just because they're big, doesn't mean it won't hurt!"
"Who were they anyway?" she asked while getting dressed.
"Second Captain Wendy Ironspear and Third Captain Vincient Barcleau. Those two have it out for me because I became a captain so quickly. Including me and Fourth Captain Andora Sempter, we command the Light of Capillis, a unit of 200 strong high elves. Probably the only high elves in all of Artaggon. I don't know much about them, but Andora told me their ancestors were high elves who never migrated south to present-day Radevic," she explained.
They entered the barracks to high elves saluting Arenade and sneering at Kanae for her capture. Never had she been more hungry, like a shark in an ocean of blood. However, she had to hold it in so as to keep up the ploy.
"Ah—"
Kanae wasn't watching where she was going and bumped into a short, bespectacled high elven woman in uniform. Papers laid strewn on the floor. Her cap had been knocked sideways, too.
"Sorry about that!" Kanae apologized.
"Oh, that's not your fault. Andora is the one who never watches where she's going," Arenade said, pulling the young woman back to her feet.
"S-Still… It's almost like I didn't sense her at all," she said.
"It's okay. No one ever notices me anyway. Even my own unit sometimes forgets that I'm their captain… heh… hehe…" Andora's eyes glazed over in defeat.
After helping Andora pick up her papers, she continued on her way down the corridor. The fact that Kanae was a succubus didn't faze her one bit.
"Is… Andora going to be okay?" Kanae asked.
"Andora is what happens when you've been fighting undead for years and made zero progress," Arenade said.
They descended the barracks into a dark and dank corridor, lit up only by slats in the ceiling for moonlight to slip through. It was another dungeon.
"Are you serious?" Kanae sighed.
"Well, we can't let you sleep with us upstairs! Tomorrow, Andora and I are going on a mission. I'll bring you along, so just sit tight until then. You want me to bring you anything?" Arenade offered.
"How about a pegasus?" she suggested.
"Why do you want a— Oh. You dirty skank!" The cage door slammed shut, and Arenade stormed upstairs in a huff. "Stay there and behave! I didn't fall from grace to serve a damn horse fucking-succubus…"
Kanae laid down on a tattered cot. At least the atmosphere was warm. She wondered what her daughters were up to. Hopefully, they cleared the trial. It would have been nice to celebrate with them.
Much later at night, Kanae was about to fall asleep when the door to her cell creaked open. She snapped awake to a cloaked man wrapping his hands around her neck. Panic set in. However, as ten fingers clenched down on her airways, she was reminded of being handled roughly by the ogre Thume and a wave of euphoria washed over her.
"Unngh… Choke me… harder, daddy…" Kanae squealed on the verge of climax.
"W-What? I'm trying to assassinate you, you dumb slut!" the man growled.
"I can still talk… so it's not working… Tell you what… I won't resist and call for help… if you fuck me while you choke me…"
That made the assassin squeeze harder, but Kanae was disappointed there was no dick involved. She knocked him across the cell with one swipe of her tail. He hit the wall and tried to recover. Kanae was quicker to pin him there with her entire body. The tail opened up to a ravenous, drooling maw. When she peeled the hood back, a red-skinned demon man with black tattoos on the right side of his face snarled back at her.
"What are you doing here?" Kanae placed a charm on him.
"Yesenia sent me to assassinate you, Andora, and Arenade," he answered promptly.
Just the three?
"Suspicious… Us, but not Wendy and Vinciente?" Kanae asked.
"No one questions the seer. She only gave me two names and specifically mentioned a succubus," he said.
Kanae tossed him to the ground and began to take her clothes off. She was beyond wet. Her pussy salivated from being around so many decadent-looking high elves and unable to feast on them. This demon was going to have to suffice.
"I hope you have enough stamina to feed me~" Kanae bit down on her lower lip and sat down on his dick.
The next morning, Arenade and Andora watched from the other side of the cell.
"How in the three hells did someone get inside your cell?" Arenade complained.
"That's what I want to know. How did a demon sneak into the barracks undetected? This guy tried to assassinate me," Kanae said, shaking the husk of a demon.
"I regret… everything…" he croaked before passing out.
"Hmm." Andora entered the cell and grabbed the unconscious demon's wrist. She turned it over to reveal a sigil of a shiv. "Crowned Rogue. High level rogues have a legacy skill called Skeleton Picklocks that allows them to open any locked door with a keyhole. Clearly, he wasn't high enough to best you."
A group of guards came to take the demon off their hands to find a cell without a keyhole. Good luck to them. Kanae was ordered out and to explain what the demon wanted. Both captains of the Light of Capillis were shocked to hear that they were also targets of assassination.
"We'll question him more when we get back. Sire Amerys wants to take care of an urgent problem north of the city," Arenade said.
"Does it have to do with the undead?" Kanae asked.
Unfortunately, it did not have anything to do with the undeads. Captain Arenade and Captain Andora had flown out with two units of ten. They landed in a field of compacted soil and white flowers. The pegassuses they flew here on lowered their heads to sniff the flowers, but whined noisily and backed right off.
"We're here to take care of a weed problem," Andora stated, dressed in a farmer's overalls and holding a spade.
"If there's a punchline somewhere, I'm missing it," Kanae said.
"This isn't a joke. These flowers before us are a weed variant of mandrakes called dashdrakes. Upon reaching maturity, they will uproot themselves and dash— hence their name— as far as they can while ejecting their pollen."
Kanae kneeled down next to one and flicked its flower, knocking away a dainty petal.
"They spread like crazy, too." Arenade grimaced.
"I see." Kanae grabbed the flower at the base of the stem. "We just need to pull them out first—"
"No!" Andora yelled too late.
The dashdrake's eerie human-like face erupted into a screech. Kanae let go and plugged her ears shut. It dropped to the ground, then took off running. A yellowish haze was left behind in its wake.
"The hallucinogenic pollen are what makes them dangerous!" Andora shouted with a cloth to her nose and mouth.
"You didn't think that was important to mention FIRST?!" Kanae fired back.
Dashdrakes popped out of the ground by the dozen and raced off in the same direction as the first. Kanae wasn't allergic, but there was so much pollen in the air that she began coughing her lungs out. She couldn't see past the thick, yellow fog but tried to maneuver her way out anyway.
Suddenly, a large silhouette appeared.
When the figure became clearer, Kanae was stunned to find Titan emerging from the haze.
"T-Titan? What are you doing here?" Kanae gaped.
"Kanae, my love. I've come to take you from this wretched place," Titan said in a deep, masculine voice.
"Okay… A talking languisteed is totally not normal…"
"It's okay, Kanae." A large ogre Kanae recognized as Thume came up behind Titan. "We're here now. We can go somewhere far away, spending the rest of our lives railing you with our big, hard dicks."
"Tempting, but I know the real Thume doesn't speak so normally. Oh, god. It's the dashdrake pollen… Is that what's happening?" Kanae clutched her head.
A tropical paradise took shape. The space behind them distorted into a homey cabin with an adjoining stable. Palm trees erected into the sky. Warm sand nibbled at Kanae's feet.
"Join us," the two of them chanted.
"I'm… going to decline… Arenade? Andora! I'm tripping balls here! Help?" Kanae screamed.
Thume and Titan vanished. They were replaced by disembodied penises of all shapes and sizes, flying in circles around Kanae. She fell to the ground. Her eyes were spinning. Something struck her cheek hard. The next strike came even harder, then—
"Kanae, wake up!"
Kanae awakened in time to get slapped hard across the face. It was Arenade on top of her with a golden gauntleted hand poised for another strike.
"Stop, stop! I'm awake!" Kanae shielded her face.
"Thank the Supreme One's ass, you're up! Shit just hit the fan while you were out!" Arenade exclaimed.
"With the dashdrakes?"
Arenade shook her head and pulled Kanae up. Instead of the dashdrakes running amok, the Lights of Capillis were fending off an enormous horde of undead, bone brutes, and a death knight that shouldn't be around. It was in the middle of the day, not night when they supposedly emerged.
"First Captain! Where's Fourth Captain Andora?" A soldier ran towards them and got socked in the gut by the puny captain herself.
"I'm right here, you idiot!" Andora stomped on his foot next.
"IIieeee! Sorry, Captain! I'm here to report— we're losing ground!" He squealed.
Kanae and Arenade caught up to the Fourth Captain, who was wracking her head over what to do.
"I know you don't trust me, but I can help you fight!" Kanae insisted.
"It's not that I don't trust you, succubus… Something just isn't right. Directly north of here is where the Second and Third Captain were dispatched to to fix the ward. If there are undead around in broad daylight, it means they failed catastrophically and our holy wards are down!" Andora cried.
"Holy Armament: Battering Ram!" Arenade manifested a siege weapon and sat on top of it. "Then we just need to go fix it ourselves. The First Captain of the Light of Capillis is on the scene— Charge!"
