Thanks for the reply back, I've downloaded it but it says Unzipped File and Minecraft doesn't load it.

You can find the download link at the bottom of the post, put the zip file in "resourcepacks" folder where your Minecraft is installed and enjoy the new look :)

32GB of RAM should be enough, I think it's the GPU, but wait intill the next update of SEUS PTGI shader and see if it will help the preference since the developer said he is working to make the high resolution texture packs run faster.

Not yet but there will be an update in few days that has separated packs that you can use based on what you do in game, like survival pack, creative pack... to use only what you need to save RAM, also it's a good idea to have a low res version as you said. The next update will be available in few days with all this.
