I know it's not easy, but maybe try to render the hard ones optional (no, i don't mean ntr but things like pegging or forced bisexuality or CE, it's probably a personal preference but those are the most extreme for me). Also you didn't add "domination", but I guess it's the main theme for all ;)

If you do both, will it be possible to separate feminization and forced bisexuality ? I'm interested in forced bisexuality (a good mix with cuckolding, if it's actually forced), but not so much by feminization, personally.

Maybe it could also work as a threat during a cbt session for example. If mc (or another guy) is being punished with kicks in the nuts, the female could threaten to destroy them permanently by hitting them, as if she doesn't care. Would be hot if the guy, as a sign of total devotion, still present them again and again while they're being hit.

While I certainly would not enjoy a castration scene in-game it might make sense as background worldbuilding off-screen. A casual remark about it being tested as a treatment for certain kinds of male misbehavior or establishing that a governess can have it done for the same reason a troublesome male pet is neutered
