ASMR Reiki To Stop Overthinking & Ground Into The Body 🌸 Ft Donny & Roxanne
🕑 Added 2025-02-20 14:28:00 +0000 UTCHey my loves, I hope you're well
You have 2 special guests today, my babies!!
In today's session I will support you in grounding into the body to lessen overthinking. When we are present into the body & now moment, we find it harder to over think, as a busy mind often means we are living in the past or future
so allow yourself to fully surrender to this moment & be cared for
lots of love, Michaela x
