This face is based on Rise. The base is identical, but when you animate it with RE3 facial animations, it might look a bit different and maybe that's why she reminds you of the old Lara ;)

Based on Rise of TT? It seems you take the sample from the nude mod from there. Since I played recently Rise, I see the similarity. BTW the face seems that of old Lara, not the new one.
