removed the land (grass + dirt) from the old schematic
removed the plants outside the trading hall

For the material list, I afraid you have to check the tutorial video. The list is at the beginning of the video.

can't the villager leave as they are set ? it seems they have a lot of space

I just downgraded the schematic to a "v6/1.20.4" format and it should be able to open in version 1.20.4 or before. Lemme know if that works!
