woww honestly i really like your perspective on shadow work. I still feel like shadow work is absolutely necessary in some aspect, some ppl go their whole lives without once checking themselves or questioning if theyre in the wrong or becoming conscious of subconscious toxic behaviors etc. so for that reason i believe in shadow work. But for the average person or people who are generally healed your advice is solid or at least helpful to me personally. although its easier said than done in a sense depending on the person
