i get really nervous abt eating meat and ive been pesketarian for abt 5 years. its easier to get protein this way since i havent eliminated ALL meat but I still heavily consume other sources of protein. this diet has been good to me for my worries abt eating meat, however recently i think my body is def lacking some needed nuitrition and i may be incorporating some meat back into my meals. as long as u can listen to ur body and know it doesnt have to be a complete elimination of meat it can be sustainable, even a reduction of meat consumption is great!

I was vegetarian for a little over a year, I won’t lie the unhealthy food kick definitely got me and I was a lot more anemic than usual… but it was very rewarding and worth it for me as meat typically grosses me out. There’s a lot of other ways to get protein in especially if you like to cook at home - I’d give it a shot bro if you’re really considering it! There’s no shame in backing out if the diet isn’t for you

Bro I remember the day vine officially shut down! It was Jan 17, 2017! I only remember because a month prior they had officially gave us the date so I would religiously watch my revines and likes to preserve all the funny content I consumed up until then. I remember it started to not be funny anymore around 2015 because of those annoying content creators like King Bach and Lele Pons consuming everyone’s trending and regular feed. I remember towards the last month of it, people weren’t allowed to post or interact but just view vines. Sad times but I’m glad I was a part of it!

dude ive been vegetarian my whole life and if you just look up what foods have a good source of proteins in them, most of them aren't meat. As for the junk food there's so much that doesn't include meat that you could easily fall into eating like shit. Also the fake veggie meat is really good imo.
