I live a city over and whenever the weathers decent, I travel 20 mins on the subway and I LOVE going on an hour long solo walk around Toronto! I blast music and feel like the main character as I observe the ppl walking past me and the neighbourhoods and architecture. i think the problem is that walking alone can b so boring and feel like a chore. I know its hard. But go on walks hamzah. Find ways in your day to add walking in. If you need to go anywhere and the walking distance is under 45/30 mins (ik that sounds crazy but its not i swearrrr) and you’re not in a rush to get there, walk! And if those walking opportunities dont pop up, go on walks just to walk or find a friend to do so with you (maybe martin? Not sure). Easier said than done, i know! i’m literally in the same rut as you, if not worse (the binge eating, no excercise etc etc).
