Filling Out the Frontline Chapter 10: Popped Buttons

She saw as RFB and Suomi clinked the bottles of their sugary drinks together with Kalina, all three of the bottom-heavy blitzers hungrily chugging down their fruit-flavored alcohol. She noticed AS Val, who seemed so fat that she may be outgrowing her bedsheet, swaying on her stool as the warmth of the food lifted so high that it colored her blush. She spotted the trickles of sweat dribbling off Welrod’s soft chin as Commander Miller bent over, a slight strain on his face as he lifted the bloated, blonde mess from her stool and carried her towards the couch and TV, from which music still played.
Mosin watched all of these things, a smile filling out her well-fattened face.
How far she had come. How far each of them had, with their girlish figures so nurtured and fed. Soft became plump, plump became fat, fat became fat, and beneath Mosin’s watch they’d become fatter still. Another meal, another drink, another gentle touch sending a spark of pleasure through a neurocenter that had been starved for years.
There was something so amazing to it. So… breathtaking. The sense of purpose so clearly shining behind each woman’s eyes. Every bite encouraged the next, in spite of how tight their tummies might be.
Even Kalina, the only genuine human amongst all of her girls, was overdoing it to such a delicious result. The redhead had been busty before, but the good company had graced the soft girl’s figure with a few dozen pounds to help her match in with the crowd, with a plump pair of thighs that tore holes in her leggings and a waist now so chubby that it outlined where she tucked into her skirt.
The truth of her weight only furthered Mosin’s resolve.
Every inch, every pound, each fattening meal and each widening waddle, Mosin’s pride grew fuller as her family grew fatter. Soon, there wouldn’t be room, even in this remodeled home.
‘What will we do then?’ she wondered to herself.
That wandering thought died malnourished as a bowl full of popcorn was deposited on the bar in front of the blonde. It caught all her attention, the lovely yellow-tint of drizzled butter, the visible flecks of the helpings of salt. Mosin felt surprised before her blue eyes traveled up the length of the arm, and united with the fire that smoldered from within.
“Don’t you look pleased,” John said softly, a whisper so mellow that she could barely hear him over the music before his lips turned up at the corner.
Six thousand sensors suddenly picked up every sensation Mosin’s body could feel. Her belly pressing against the lip of the bar, the stool being flattened beneath her immensely fat ass. The blue straps of her bra digging into her exposed shoulders, the lace tickling the barely-kept secrets of her pillowy-chest.
She shrugged, her open fur coat covering so little of her wondrous body, before letting her fingers brush through her long blonde hair. “Do you blame me?” she asked, reaching down to lift a handful of popcorn up to her mouth.
It was soakedin butter, as if the man had fried an entire stick before letting it drizzle over the kernel collection. A droplet of yellow tumbled from her fingers, marking a spot on her soft pale hills, but the woman was enjoying herself too much to notice. She let her head lull back, her fat chin and stubby neck showing the scope of what they’d done to her body, letting the snack tumble into her mouth.
Heavy on the butter, but not overdone with the helping of salt. The popcorn was lovely, a perfect compliment to the burgers and fried chicken and nachos and…
“Oh, my!” Mosin placed a hand to her cheek. “We’re supposed to be having a movie night, aren’t we?”
“Eh?” came a voice from her right. Then Kalina, as if shattering through a blackberry-haze, bounced up to pound her fists on the bar. “YOU JERKS!” she lifted herself on her stool, pointing directly at the tending Commanders. “YOU ALMOST MADE ME FORGET!!”
“We didn’t do shit,” Samuel chuckled loudly against the party’s atmosphere. “You wobbled in here, demanded a drink and a burger, and then kept stuffing your face.”
“I do not wobble!” Kalina wobbled, her hips waggling as she drunkenly teetered over the lip of the bar. Her finger stabbed towards the stove. “Turn that damn thing off!! You’re gonna-” she paused to stifle a blackberry belch. “You’re gonna make everyone here fat!”
RFB thudded onto the block next to the redhead, her exceptional weight causing an intense vibration. The second-fattest girl in all of Griffin pointed a wavering finger at Commander Bellows before wheezing, “Everyone here is fat already!”
She might have meant it towards Kalina, but with a boozy blink at RFB’s accusatory finger, Kalina rolled back to Bellows with a drunken, “Yeah!”
“Pfffft. The fattest thing about you idiots is your damn heads,” UMP45 strut towards the commotion. Despite being barely over five feet, and despite wearing a kitty-cat onesie that was far cuter than had any right, the heavy-hipped Doll cast a shadow that nearly eclipsed both of the girls.
Yet it was a shadow of presence they could challenge with mass.
“No,” RFB denied, hefting her weight off from the bar to face the offending plump kitten. “The fattest thing about me is my ass!”
She lifted the custom XXXL pajama shirt, allowing her belly to plop over her much fatter hips. RFB’s striped underwear was completely hidden beneath her stretched paunch, giving Griffin’s fattest pear the visage of a statue made from jiggling jelly.
45 turned to Kalina, her malicious grin growing even sweeter. “What about you?” she asked. “Think you’re up to her weight yet?”
Kalina’s face was redder than the bow in her hair, watching as RFB stumbled to turn and waggle her ass at the others. The chubby adjutant grew brighter still as RFB’s hands pushed her fat cheeks together, lifting and dropping her hips to strain against her massive striped panties before giving Kalina a playful wink.
“You guys are so weird!” Suomi interjected. While she was shorter than RFB, and not nearly as round, the blonde and brunette were a perfect pair of overweight sisters, with figures matching from their stuffed centers to their padded thighs. “You shouldn’t tease Miss Kalina just because she’s getting so fat!”
“Thank you, Suomi. It’s not like I’m…” Kalina seemed to get built up for a moment, her chest lifting as she took in a fresh breath of air, before it exploded out with a diminutive, “HEY!!”
All of the weight sagged downward, the pride in her chest releasing into weight on Kalina’s overfed waistline as her tone turned up into a distressed whine.
“What do you mean by-”
The noise from the speakers should have been too loud, but every pair of nearby ears picked up the gentle *boof*that snapped from beneath Kalina’s shirt. Those further away, who might have been startled by the sudden lapse in conversation, quickly caught on as every pair of eyes watched Kalina’s go from a ghastly pale to a fat, peachy pink before her unbuttoned skirt slowly fluttered to the floor.
Nobody moved, everyone watched, and slowly the pink turned into a volcanic red before Kalina let out an ear-piercing shriek and dove over the bar, slamming into Bellows like an enraged tabby and tackling him to the floor below. “YOU ASSHOLE! YOU MOTHER FUCKER, YOU SON OF A BITCH! I TOLD YOU TO STOP LETTING ME EAT WITH THEM!”
“Samuel!” 45 started, hurrying towards the entrance to the back of the bar in a rare show of worry.
Tiny fists rose and fell as Kalina’s weak punches only caused a heavier laugh to break out from beneath the bar. Much of the office broke into chuffing chuckles, save Commander Winters who had to hop onto the bar itself lest he be run over by the fat black kitten that was 45 in her onesie.
Winters was practically in Mosin’s lap, pushing much of the food and drinks to the side. Directly beneath the bar’s lights, his short brown hair looked messy, marked with sweat from tending the stove in the crammed office space, but that only highlighted the white button-down sticking to his broad chest. He turned from the scene, a sharp grin on his face, before Mosin caught him by the chin and slowly pulled him down to her lips.
It was a kiss that was almost as soft and as fat as she was, warm and juicy like marshmallow fluff. When they separated, she didn’t let go, instead affectionately cupping his cheek in her hand. He leaned his forehead to hers, the pair basking in the warmth of their gentle fire before kissing once more and finally pulling away.
“U-umm…” came a very small voice from Mosin’s side. A finger gentle poked the white canvas of fur that covered her bulky arm. “Miss Mosin…?”
Mosin turned down to M1919A4. Less than a quarter her weight, A4 looked as if she were only half Mosin’s height, small and slender inside of Spas’ stretched-out pajamas. The clothes were huge on the slightly girl who twisted and turned with her hands clasping before her washboard waist.
Pink colored her snowy white flesh, but despite the emotion so clearly painting her body, Mosin could see A4 lacked the spark that twinkled inside of the others’ eyes. An unconscious pang of empathy resounded in her chest, but it was silenced when A4 spoke.
“Y-you’re not… umm, a-according to… Griffin T-Dolls aren’t allowed… umm…” she tapped her fingers together.
Mosin felt her head tilt towards the side, watching as A4 struggled not only to find the words, but something which the experienced woman quickly realized was far more involved.
The small Doll was wrestling against her very programming.
She’d called herself a T-Doll, but that wasn’t true. She was an A-Doll, a civilian construction created for some other function, just like almost everyone else that made up Griffin’s forces.
Beneath the Suppression, the girls believed they had been created for this specific purpose. Matched with their weapons, given new names, Griffin’s code of conduct was inscribed into their neural center as if it were a part of their soul. Unwitting obedience, absolute loyalty, the Suppression forced each member to comply. No matter the oddities of her first day in 707, A4 should be sitting off on the side, watching and unconsciously documenting each and every infraction to report to senior staff as soon as she was able, despite never realizing that’s what she intended.
But A4 wasn’t hiding and making notations. She’d been at the center of the pack all day.
A4 took a deep breath, trying to steady herself. “W-what I’m trying to say, Miss Mosin, is… Umm, w-we’re not supposed to… umm… consort, with… with staff members…”
Mosin stared at her.
Had she been drinking? Or was it the food having such an effect on her? Her small hands were wrapped over her middle, a waist almost as thin as Mosin’s fatty arm.
With the practiced mind of a seasoned sergeant, Mosin spun through a dozen observations before the next blink of her eyes.
Doughnuts for breakfast, two meaty cheeseburgers for lunch, and she was sure she’d seen Spas feeding the girl other snacks from the bar. Mosin tried to picture all of the food, at least two or three pounds, piled in a mound within A4’s slim belly. Even if she weren’t under Suppression, she should hardly be able to talk.
Years of serving had put a cold rebuke on Mosin’s lips, about to admonish the girl for speaking out of turn purely on reflex, but she had caught herself watching A4’s red eyes, and then she understood.
There was no hot condemnation or judgmental rebuff in A4’s soft voice. It was concern, the uneasiness one has when they see their sister acting out against a parent’s strict teachings.
She was afraid that Mosin might get in trouble.
“I’m sure that you… it’s just, a-as a team leader yourself, well-” A4 continued to stumble, her contracted iris looking far past Mosin, undeniably affected and yet still speaking out.
Mosin looked to her left, seeing John still sitting sideways on the bar. He was watching A4 with wide eyes, then Mosin noticed both 45 and Samuel and Kalina as well, all openly looking as A4 tried to tackle a single sentence.
With a plump smile growing increasingly fat, Mosin turned back to the girl. It must have caught her off guard because A4 suddenly sharpened, standing up straight with her tiny pupils suddenly dilating as Mosin released a breathy, fat chuckle.
“It’s a free day, A4. That means we can do what we want, yes?”
A4’s eyelashes flittered, opening and closing at least a dozen times before she responded, “W-well, Miss Mosin, I don’t think that means we’re allowed to-”
“Would you rather I kissed you?”
The music dampened, lowering in pitch until the room felt almost silent, save for the rapid beating of A4’s rabbiting heartbeat. The girl’s pupils had nearly overtaken her ruby red eyes, looking straight up into Mosin’s smoldering blues.
“Finally!” Spas called from somewhere nearby the TV. “It was so loud, I couldn’t hear myself think!!”
From the couch, a half-dead voice grumbled out, “Borgar…”
“Jeez, another one? Don’t you think you’re gonna overdo it?” Spas’ voice came. “Hello? Welrod? Anybody in there?”
“B-borgar…”
A long breath passed, with Mosin’s eyes turning down the straightedge of A4’s body. Even showing as much skin as she was, A4 managed to look minuscule. She didn’t even look fit, rather she looked scrawny and unkempt. Yet the willpower she had to possess… Mosin hadn’t seen anything like it. Not since Griffin had started as a district security company, back before the Suppression had even existed.
An A-Doll that could override Griffin’s etching? It shouldn’t be possible. She should be holding her head, muttering about feeling confused or disoriented. Kelly, Grizz, Sabrina, each of them had to shatter through their bindings in order to act as A4 had just done.
“S-sorry?” the little Doll apologized, fretting once more. “I-I don’t think I…”
Very slowly, Mosin lifted her finger to A4’s chin. The girl froze, irises spreading even wider as the large woman’s touch made a soft contact. Mosin waited for her to pull away but, when she didn’t, the marshmallow blonde leaned forward and, very gently, kissed A4 on the cheek.
When she pulled back, A4’s face was brighter than her shirt, but something had shifted ever so slightly inside of her sight. As if they had only just made eye contact for the first time, rather than looking through one another.
“You are going to be perfect here,” Mosin said, lifting her palm to A4’s cheek, stroking it with her thumb.
A4 blinked, only once this time, before slowly nodding, a smile and a blush coloring her cheeks. “T-thank you… Miss Mosin.”
A half-second passed before Grizzly suddenly appeared, hanging on each girl’s shoulder. “Hey! How come you never kissed me?!” she demanded, wearing a full, cheeky grin.
Mosin’s own grin sharpened in a sororal reply. “Have you tried doing something worthy of being kissed?” she asked.
“Oh! Ohoho!” the tubby bear tittered, violet eyes sparkling mischievously. “I’ll give you something you can kiss, you big Marshmallow!”
She lifted back, fingers going to the over-stretched threads that restrained her breasts before RFB reached over and caught the brunette around her fleshy neck. “That’s enough, you!” she leaned inward, her breath heavily scented by the blackberry drinks that sloshed from her belly, and kissed the brown bear on the cheek of her onesie. “Come on, I’ll give you plenty over on the couch. Let’s get this movie started!!”
“Ahh! Kelly!!” Grizzly complained as she was tugged backwards into a doughy stumble. “I was kidding!!”
Mosin watched them go, heading towards a very confused looking Spas, who met eyes with her leader before looking fretfully towards A4. Mosin gave the doting specialist a nod and Spas bounced on her heels, clapping her hands and wearing a huge grin.
Her blue eyes reverted to A4, seeing her wave towards the excited operator. It made her chuckle, and A4 faced her once more.
“Spas is a good girl. Just be careful,” Mosin reached down, finger tapping A4’s middle. “She’ll steal all your snacks if you let her~”
A4 blushed and gave an even brighter giggle, bouncing on her heels. “Yeah, buddy!” she cheered in her tight, cute voice.
“Oh, get over it! Like you’re the first one to pop the button on your skirt!”
Mosin turned back to the bar to see 45 and Suomi standing between Bellows and Kalina, the fiery adjunct still looking like she might try and throw herself past them.
45 had her arms crossed, clearly lacking any sort of patience, while Suomi looked like she’d rather be getting ready for bed with her girly pink jammies.
“I warned him!” Kalina complained, crouching as if to try and hide her exposure. “I said, ‘If I end up gaining any more weight-’”
“And you’ll still gain more!” 45 interrupted. “Have you seen what’s happened to these girls?! You guys got your own frikin bar! Which,” she turned around, stabbing a finger into Bellows chest, “we are absolutely not done talking about, by the way! She gets a bed?!”
“Hmmm, maybe I’ll let you come and try it out, sometime~” Mosin purred.
45 whipped towards her, her teeth grinding. “I won’t need to ‘try it out,’ thanks. I’ll be getting my own. Very. Soon.”
“I dunno about that,” Bellows said. “Do you know how expensive this setup was?”
45 looked like she was about to explode.
AS Val, who only just seemed to realize everyone had left while she was still chewing on breadsticks and sipping from an empty soda mug, suddenly was turning around in her seat. “Hey, where’d Commander Miller go?”
“Welrod ate him,” 45 replied sharply.
Val’s mouth dropped open, hands going up to her chubby cheeks. “She what?!?”
“45, be nice,” Suomi cut across. “I think he’s over on the couch with Welrod.”
Val tipped forward, immediately caught her belly against the bar, then fell back onto the unmoving stool with a subtle, “Yowch…” She then twisted, her fat feet slapping as they hit the tile floor, and then quickly wobbled to join her Commander and team leader, tugging the bedsheet out of her love handles.
“Miss Kalina?”
Mosin felt another bit of warmth fill her chest as A4 passed the redhead her balled-up skirt.
With a resigned groan, Kalina slowly stood up to her full height, exposing her panties as well as the small rips they had in their waistband. Without the skirt to cover, the assistant’s white shirt only reached down to her waist, with the unbuttoned hem exposing her navel and clinging to her soft pudge. “Thank you, A4,” she snuffled. She held the skirt at chest level, looking for the damage.
“Looks like you popped the button,” John said. “Grizz could help you with that.”
“Yeah, and I’ll pop you too…” Kalina grumbled without any heat. She placed the skirt down on the bar, then looked across towards Mosin.
It seemed to finally dawn on the girl that she was far from the fattest girl in the room, and not even close to the most heavily exposed. Wearing only her fur coat with her blue bra and panties, Mosin grinned pleasantly while Kalina’s eyes roamed the width of her globular belly and breasts.
“You’re just trying to dress down into your pajamas, aren’t you, Miss Kalina?” Mosin asked.
Kalina sighed, reaching a hand up into her messy red hair. With barely any acknowledgment, she plucked the string of her hair tie, letting her hair fall over her shoulders. Then, as if to make sure she didn’t have a chance to think twice about it, the pudgy girl mumbled, “When in Rome…” before gripping either side of her dress shirt and tearing it free, sending the buttons scattering across the bar floor.
Belly unleashed, Kalina let out a very long breath before clapping her hands.
“Right! Movie time!” she said. From her work-jacket, she plucked a small black device. Then, with a rapid glance, she snatched the bowl of popcorn before anyone else could lay claim to it, scampering around the side of the bar towards the sitting area.
Chuckling, Bellows rubbed a hand over 45’s head. “Let’s go grab our seat before she takes up an entire couch for herself.”
“Hmm, I suppose that means we should find ours,” Mosin smiled to John before turning to A4. “You should go on ahead. I’m sure the others have saved one for you.”
“You think so?” A4 asked.
Mosin reached up, petting the small girl once more. “Of course. After all, you chose tonight’s theme, didn’t you?”
A4 blinked before straightening up. “Oh, right!! We’re gonna watch a monster movie!” The brunette leapt up and down, lifting her arm in the air. “Yeah, buddy!”
Mosin tilted her head, noting the repetition, but A4 had quickly hurried off to join the others. Instead, the blonde released a long, heavy breath of her own, before making to stand.
She was stopped by a hand appearing on her shoulder. The next thing she knew, she was kissing him, pushing herself up into his chest while his arms squeezed her torso. She felt so heavy when he did that, as if she could barely fit inside of his touch.
It made her feel luscious, wanting, and worst of all, hungry.
Her fingers stuck between the buttons of his shirt, pulling him closer. She wanted him to reach beneath her jacket, to play with her belly and massage her breasts, but their building fire was cut off by a heinous, “Euuuuuugh!! You two are disgusting! God, keep it in your damn pants, Winters!”
Mosin and John broke apart, though neither of them faced the offending 45. They were grinning into one another, as if sharing in a private joke.
“Ugh, come on Samuel,” 45 trugged past. “Friggin… sex bed… ugh!”
“You know, maybe we could afford a bed of our own.”
“Oh my God, shut up!”
“Gross…”
Mosin looked to the side to see Suomi leaning over the bar, watching them go before sighing into her arm.
The two blondes looked into one another before the smaller one said, “I mean, I knew they’d probably done it, but like… you’re not supposed to know that stuff, you know?”
Mosin looked from Suomi up to Winters before returning to the girl with a large, unabashed grin. “Not at all, actually.”
Suomi rolled her eyes. “Yeah, I should have expected that from you…”
Mosin snorted, a chuffing, porcine laugh before she gave a low, “Ooop!” when John tugged on her arms and lifted her up to her piggy feet.

Hehe, 45 is a lot of fun to write as one of the figures of this grand conspiracy. She plays so well off of the other folks. I'm really pleased with how this chapter feels :)

I am interested to see where A4's character development will take her, as it is somewhat a mystery currently. I also love 45, I like this version of her more than the regular version, even independent of her other....character growth.
