I'd offer myself for the italian translation since spanish and italian are both languages of latin origins, in fact they are very similar. Unfortunately i don't know to edit in game texts and i'm always busy with work :/

we will see only wonders in the next month and to follow and I also note a quote. to Atomic heart haha in the future try to make even more complex creatures such as half-pulp women and centaurs, in the future you would also be able to introduce the French and Italian languages as well, as two friends of mine actually speak those languages (but this is not compulsory at all).
