Definitely not my favorite style, looks more like a survival lifejacket like from.a cruise ship but okay addition

Have a look at https://flic.kr/p/7DqV1Q for the instructions, not great quality sorry. Buttons are only to hold its shape stored, prob the important bit is the arms inside the straps to the collar when you put it on.
