Life Jacket Surveys
🕑 Added 2024-07-05 03:13:03 +0000 UTCUPDATE - Reposting to allow more tiers to submit data.
Hey everyone! :) Your input is very important to me.
I have made two surveys -- one for foam LJs and one for inflatable LJs. I marked them to NOT collect email addresses, so they should be anonymous. I did this through Google forms, so you might need a Google email, but I'm not sure.
Please only complete one because you'll have repeat questions. and the double answers might throw me off.
If you have any questions, please let me know. THANK YOU!!

If I have the time, more so a general summary. I'm going to keep trying to get more responses to figure out patterns. =]
