Barely Working
🕑 Added 2022-09-18 08:16:40 +0000 UTCHi y'all! About 3 weeks ago I created a prototype for a new game called Barely Working. I made it really quickly and ended up releasing it. It has received a lot of positive feedback and I wanted to finally tell you guys about it.
The reason why I didn't want to tell my patrons so quickly is because I don't want y'all to think I'm ditching Queen's Brothel to make a new game. I really was just bored one weekend and wanted to make a game just for fun.

Going Forward
I will be spending 99% of my time on Queen's Brothel, but I would like to integrate the two game's communities together. Consider this a transition into a game studio, instead of us only making one game.
This means, I would be using this same Patreon page for both Queen's Brothel and Barely Working. If you like both games, great, you'll get patreon-only content for both games. If you like one game only, consider the other games a bonus for supporting us.
Our Discord server now has both the Queen's Brothel and Barely Working communities in the same server. Y'all can choose which communities you'd like to join.
Agenda
Barely Working doesn't even have any patreon-only content right now. It's just a small little prototype. As soon as I can provide something of purchasable value for Barely Working, you will start to see patreon posts for it.

I was playing and I thought the same thing! Like a system where HR or your boss walks by and if you're caught undressed or similar you get lectured which uses time and lowers productivity for a bit.

Really cool concept and gameplay. Love the potential here! So many cool ideas with things like balancing getting caught by HR. I love it
