That's the type of dress that a girl can wear in public and no one would bat an eye. Mona is lucky her mommy didn't dress her in a black onesie and strap her into an umbrella stroller.
She looks so cute, happy to see this little cutie again. And it's obvious that Mommy Rin got this for her, which makes me Imagine her on the computer looking up Gothic fashion and gothic stuff for the first time.
