It's Valiant Hero; Erdrick, but caught in a very compromising version of his original outfit. Looks like someone has gone and given him a very feminine version, of this poor hero's proper outfit. Very girly, and very cute, fit with Tiara, petticoats, and cute diaper underneathe. Honestly, I think he maybe better off like this.
