Update: November 2, 2022 - first look at the next video
🕑 Added 2022-11-03 05:55:10 +0000 UTChey hey. apologies for the day lateness, stuff kinda came up. despite my best hopes for this Half-Life video to be done by halloween, it's looking more like within the next 2 or 3 weeks. I hit a bit of a wall with the script, so I dove into the game to get a head start at collecting footage and find more inspiration. promising stuff, though Half-Life 1 has no chapter select so it is a bit annoying having to jump around various saves when I want to look at something.
still, I am pretty excited with how things are shaping up. I haven't had a chance to play with Source engine console commands in many years, and it's been fun re-learning some of the old tricks I used to play with back in the day. I don't want to spoil too much on the script itself (as per usual), so I'll leave you with these shots to wet your eyeball whistles.
