I have used it before and it has come out perfect. I have used it other times and it didn’t do shit lol. And I have had it come out too dark like this time. I always set a timer. Idk what the deal is lol.

On your original color. You might be leaving it on too long. Cut off 5 minutes from the wait time. That should give you the shade or color you want. Leaving it on too long can make it too dark.
