Discord member roles not working for some?
🕑 Added 2023-03-12 10:03:47 +0000 UTCIt came to my attention that some of the members of the BrookeClub Discord tier has lost their member roles making it so they can not look at any channels other than the "Welcome" ones.
One solution seems to be to check if your Discord account is connected to Patreon still and if it isn't you reconnect it and it should give you your rank back.

Patreon bot for intergration with discord went crazy recently. Check your audit logs if it didn't suddenly updated roles of most people on the server.

You are in the regular $10 tier which does not give you access to the server! So you'll need to switch to the $10.01 tier which then automatically adds you to the Discord server as long as your Discord account is connected to your Patreon account!

The same problem happened with my Discord server too - I think it's a problem on Patreon's end. Around ten people who are clearly subbed and connected to discord mysteriously lost their roles. I don't have any patreon-only channels so it didn't affect me as much, but it seems that the only way to solve it right now is making a temporary access role that you can assign to anyone who can't get in until next month.
