🕑 Added 2023-05-19 00:16:34 +0000 UTCIt's here! And on Time!! I was a little worried about missing the deadline with this one due to how late "Yin Watching" ended up being. I decided against voice acting in the end, adding voice lines made the whole thing feel less "Cookie" if that makes any sense, I'll let Kitsune & Buni have all the voice lines.
I did all the music in this myself with Garage band, which was a pretty fun experience. I ended up getting so into the music that all the songs were way longer than the scenes they were created for, so I had to splice and cut them down, I'll release the full versions of the music tracks at a later date. All the music was made with traditional Chinese instruments to add to the feeling that this is a legend or piece of folklore of some sort.
I pretty much worked non-stop on this thing for the last 4 weeks, so i'm definitely taking a huge break from animation after this, don't wanna get burnt out.
