This should be easy for you to follow, but if you use the file and modify it a bit to fit your imagination, it should be ok :)
Can I use this model as sort of a logo for a website? I'm about to create a ecommerce platform for 3d model makers so they can sell their models online for free. This might take some time to accomplish, but I really want to make something beautiful. Or would you rather want me to follow the tutorial to create a portal myself? I rather not steal your work, but I really think I can use this as the logo for the site. I want to create a 3d scene using threejs where this portal stands in a grassy meadow with wind gusting through the grass, and when you first load the website, I want to have a camera go into the portal and fade out into the website. Then move the portal into the navbar and have it slightly rotate whenever the user goes to a different page. Also turn it into a favicon. Am I allowed to?
