My viewport is significantly dark than yours and I can't see the shadow of my tree :(

So generally, you want to have the grass particles pointing in the Y direction, but with applied rotation (ctrl+A -> rotation). After that, if you check rotation checkbox in the particle settings, the grass should properly point up and you should be able to tweak the rotation and phase settings

Hi! I'm facing a problem with the grass particles :( https://youtu.be/WRlTyTU4w7o?t=2660 — I rotated my grass to its Y-axis but my grass doesn't point up. It just goes all random on me. [edit I've solved this] [edit] managed to just redo but now the rotation settings, phase and randomize phase is not rotating properly, any ideas?
