Yes. When you subscribe for one month, you receive rewards for one previous month. One paid month equals one month of rewards, and previous months can be purchased separately in the Patreon shop.

Yes, of course, I plan to update my print shop, it just takes a lot of time, which I don't have right now. As soon as I add new prints, I will definitely make a post about it here and give a discount to all patrons :)
