I absolutely love when that happens ♥

People start complaining the second anything even remotely weird happens. You had people bailing on this sequence like 4 pics ago. Weird rarely wins in the polls (t's almost always just muscle growth or turning into a kitty-hulk or werewolf), so I can imagine just not wanting to deal with the backlash when it does. Here's hoping we get some real Lovecraftian eldritch horror weirdness on Apsara sometime in the future though.

BlackDove

Aww she started out so tiny!

Are the effects stronger each time they are voted?

Jolly Jack

"The same choices will be available each poll, with the winning effects being accumulative."

In hindsight, I have to agree, this is disappointing. In no way whatsoever is this what constitutes "weird", especially not for the guy who's drawn full-on eldritch body horror monster TFs. It feels like he's stretching the definition of "weird" to appease the exact people who've kept him from ever doing the weird shit we know he wants to do again.

CrowMagnon

It's the "skin tearing away" stuff that I was afraid of. Right now it isn't SO bad, but I'm hoping it doesn't go further than that.

👆 Not wrong. Honestly, if I had known that this was what he had in mind for weird, I would have voted for it. But since he's done futa in the past and I'm not a fan, I abstained.

GFrequency

I like the shreds of skin here.

JJ, I'm the last person who should talk about artists being in a rut, but, given how many times you've done a similar transformation over the years of Girl into Dragon, how is it 'weird' at this point? I'm not saying it's not amazingly well done, but... We've all seen you do WEIRD and... this really wasn't.
