Not really they head always some twisted purpose. What we have here would fit the bill quite nice too. Think of it. We managed to mutate Jackson's chameleon's into Deathclaws with great success. Than let's do the same with "Most deadly predators in the natural world". Use FEV to mutate house cats into Super Meowtant's, I mean whatever could go wrong? This is just the task for Vaul-Tec. I would definitely put this into Falout5.
