Some things have changed in the game. The princess angle has been scraped. This is because that game would lack modularity. I opted for a scenario based game - it's better explained in the document.
I'll include what I've done on the game. Most of this month was spent on programing stuff and researching other games - that bore fruit to the document outlining the game. As, such there's not much to look at. Rather, the game might give you an insight what what the main game loop will be when the game is on it's way to looking like something.
I've tried to be as clear as I can in the document, but I'm certain I didn't cover everything, so feel free to ask questions.

Difficult to say, yes, because I don't have my own team. Right now, I'm a one-man band, and that's no good if I want to do a proper game. The help that I can get is highly variable since I can't offer full-time employment, only contract work. I hope everything'll speed up now since my planning was the main bottleneck.

Man, this was genuinely interesting to read! Very well thought out and I'm excited to see where it goes! Just out of curiosity, not impatience, would you have any rough guess as to how how long a project like this might take based on your current progress so far? Like would you guess a year, multiple years, a few months(unlikely I'm guessing)? Probably difficult to tell but thought I'd ask anyways. Seriously though, I'm very excited for this ;D
