Injecting 3DMigoto into the game may cause frame drops. You should disable Vertical Sync in the in-game settings. Vertical Sync can also be set globally through external tools, such as NVIDIA's 3D Settings panel. Also, there's no need to use TAA anti-aliasing at the moment — please switch to a different method or turn it off entirely (this is to prepare for future 3D MODs).
