Win-rar and Rarlab are the official sites to download winrar just add a "com". Make sure to choose custom so you can choose to not install annoying adware like a search engine, untick the check boxes. I would recommend the 64 bit. Once you download it and install right click on this rar file and click extract to whatever location you want.
