Trap Online Chapter 212: The Cobbler
🕑 Added 2024-04-25 09:10:43 +0000 UTCLady Greencloak took us down the street to only a few stores, where I saw the small helper from the tailor leaving. She ignored us in a rush to make it back with a smile on her face. I could see with the shining light in her eyes her genuine love for her craft as she hurried back to it. I felt the want and need to hire her at the moment. That feeling I got in my gut when I saw a perfect person to invest in. I felt it with Victoria, and I felt that I needed to invest in this NPC, too.
But I wasn't able to do that. So, for now, I walked into the store with a Shield Star on the front. The Cobbler here was a master, not a Grand Master, which I was hoping for a bit much. Stepping inside, I saw many machines and various equipment with shoes and more shoes all over—materials littered tables and a person looking down at the drawing. "Ah, you must be Lady Greencloak; I see I get to show my wares off on such a rare specimen. I will be inundated with orders if your showing is well conducted. We will talk price after this, but for now, I need to see the Succubus." He stood and turned to me, and I saw the red skin and long salt and pepper beard and, much to my surprise, looked like a tall red-skinned goblin.
The Goblin looked middle-aged if I used my reason toward another species, but who knew? His Beard went down to his waist, and he looked me up and down. "Yes, I am a Goblin. Not all Goblins are those stupid green ones at the bottom of the forest. We have Awakened Goblins from the Fire Regions. Does that answer your question? Now, let me look at your feet, deary. It is always the best part of my job."
I shivered as I found a foot fetishist, and the goblin pulled out a high chair for me to sit on. I had to step up, and now the goblin kneeled before me. I pulled up my foot, and he took my shoe and tossed it across the room. "What a shit shoe. No, No, NO! Lady Greencloak how dare you even bring such a pair of shoes into this goblin vision. You will purchase this fine foot, a nice pair that I will prepare with the others that Orc demanded I make. Not that I hate the design. Another wonderful one that will probably match whatever she has in mind."
I felt like I was alone for a ride, and I shivered as I soundly felt my fingers all over my foot. This Goblin was all over them, his hand feeling it up and between my toes. I shivered as his fingers teased the sensitive soles. He all but molested my feet with his tongue as I looked down at him. "Yes, Yes, Great feet. I like, I like a lot. Soft, Sensitive, and decent control of the toes. Pretty pink, so feminine. Working feet that have seen a forest bottom but not damaged. I like I think I might have a Deal with you later, Succubus, if you want to visit this Cobbler in the future. I want to make something more custom for you that you personally will have to pay for. Why would this Master want to give up such an opportunity to be with such a rare specimen."
I decided to keep my mouth shut as they talked about me like a lab animal almost. There were these types from time to time, and when I first met Victoria, she was like this. They did not mean it personally. It was just how they thought about things, and they did not mean to insult you. Usually, in their mind, it was one of the highest compliments they could give, and he looked up, and I watched him lick his lips. "Yes, I would like to enjoy some time with you and make something really nice for you. Come back later, and we can make a deal, Succubus."
----
New Quest: The Master Cobblers transaction.
The Master Goblin Cobbler has found that they love your feet and want to make new shoes for you. They will make them custom to you and ask that you return at a later date to make a deal with them.
Quest Rewards: ??????
Quest Failure: Do not make a deal with the Cobbler.
-----
A new Quest, and I shivered as the Goblin started on my other foot for a couple of minutes while Lady Greencloak watched then suddenly as he started. "Great feet, I will make these perfectly; you will wear the shoes on the third shelf second from the bottom. They are better than the trash you had, but you will not wear that trash you walked in on.
I got up and went to the shelf that he pointed out, where there was a pair of cute black flats. I picked them up and read the description.
----
Perfect black flats (Uncommon)
+5 Charisma
Well-made Black flats made by a growing Senior Cobbler with the vision of small, dainty feet.
---
I paused when reading the end but put them down and put them on my feet. The Goblin did not even pay attention. "Go back to that Orc. She is not slow, and I need time to do this and make something for you later. I cannot believe such nice feet were wearing such trash."
Lady Greencloak stepped out and sighed. "They are some of the best Crafters Dark City has, but they are a pain in the ass to deal with," She sighed, "this has been the easiest time I have had them work for me. Well done. Maybe I will get you every time I have to purchase something from them."
I shivered thinking about her renting me out and what that would end with. Then again, I still needed to learn what the party was about.
