Life of a Dominant Futanari Week 7 Chapter 262/ 12: Crazy Morning.
🕑 Added 2024-06-26 07:57:02 +0000 UTCI was in a fog as I walked, lost almost to the changes in my life.
Without knowing it, I started to laugh.
I don't know when it started, but I could not help but laugh. From deep in my stomach, I started to laugh as I continued to walk forward. My face erupted into a smile, and a full-throat laugh erupted from deep within. I could not stop but did not stop walking as I started to wheeze how hard I was laughing.
My mind was struggling to keep up with the sudden whiplash.
All this started because I stood up for myself.
My conviction turned my life for the better.
I stood up for myself, and things started to change for me.
It sounded so fucking stupidly simple, but that was what I changed in myself. No, it changed my mindset, and I was now here, Laughing with pure joy that people were acknowledging decades of dedicated work. Realizing that I exist for something other than Dickgirl. That I worked hard, that I am more than someone simple to pass over.
It felt Vindicating.
For years and years, I struggled with no support. I built my body from the bottom of a little girl who liked, no loved soccer, to a strong person who could run miles without exerting herself. How many people could say they were even in the same league as me strength-wise and not be lying to themselves? Day after day, despite my enjoyment of running, I went out and ran.
Some days, it was harder than others.
Where I just thought it was worthless.
Where my dad asked me why I was doing it.
What was I working for as I did it?
I had nothing.
No goal, for I was told there was nothing I could be.
Now, Now I knew I could do more.
I could be who I wanted to be.
That I could strive for my dreams and that people would support me in that.
It did not feel real, and I could only laugh.
I barely even registered when I walked past my car and hit the buzzer on Crystal's gate. I heard the ringing, but I could not stop laughing. The mirth was overflowing, and I did not know how I could be this happy.
"Mmm, this is Crystal. Who are you? Please stop laughing into the mic so you can talk." I heard Crystal's sleepy voice over the voice box.
"C- Crystal, I- Can I come in," I said between wheezing and laughing.
"Angela? Y- yeah, I will be down in a minute," She said, and the buzzer for the gate went, and I pushed it open and walked up to the stairs, and I wheezed, trying to control the uncontrollable laughter. I could not help the pure happiness inside me, and not even a minute later, the door was open, and Crystal was in a sexy little red bra and panties with tired-looking eyes. "Angela, you, Come on it," She said, clearly confused, and I followed her.
"C—Cry—Crystal," I wheezed. Crystal walked away, came back a moment later with water, and handed it to me.
"Drink," she said sternly. I took the class and almost coughed but finally started to control myself, as the muscles had something else to do. I took a couple of deep breaths, feeling like my lungs just had a major workout. I took another moment. "Better?" Crystal asked as I regained my composure, and I smiled at her.
"Crystal," I said, grabbing both her shoulders with a huge grin. I am going to be full-time training now for sports," I told her as my grin turned to a smile. " Full-time, or almost at least. I have been exempted from classes and will be training with my coaches for running and Volleyball!" I announced with a massive smile, and Crystal looked at me, confused for a moment.
"Wow, that is good, right?" Crystal asked.
"IT'S AWESOME!" I announced, and the smile that blossomed on Crystal's face whipped away the tired eyes and confusion. She wrapped her arms around me, and suddenly, I had Crystal's lips against my own.
"AWESOME!" She shouted a moment later, "I am so happy for you, Angela! You work harder than anyone I know!"
I felt so happy when she said that, and I spun her around, her legs wrapped around me. In return, I said, "I just had to tell you first!"
The sudden surprise on Crystal's face from my confession, then the blossoming smile before her lips crashed against mine once more. Before I knew it, she was not letting me breathe as she took my lips hard, and I could feel a dampness on my stomach as we kissed harder. I lost myself in her lips and was surprised at her reaction; she broke the kiss before saying, "That was fucking cheating, Angela. You can't say something like that to me and expect me not to fall more in love with you. It isn't fair!"
I smiled but did not know how to respond. "But you are the only one I have told yet?" I said, and she kissed me again. Suddenly, my back was against the wall, with Crystal tightly wrapped around me. When the kiss broke again, I could see it in her eyes—that pure happiness for me or about what I said. I did not know, but I could see that pure happiness.
"You, Angela, are mean, but that's okay. I still love you anyway. No, I love you the way you are and the person you will become. I love you, now." She pressed her finger against my lips as I was about to reply. "Your own time, Angela, your own time. I don't want you to say something you might not mean." She said with a bright smile, "Now, what are you doing back so early?"
"They let me take the day off, and I will head in tomorrow to start."
"Hmm," I could see Crystal thinking hard. She looked at me and then up in the air, clearly showing that she was thinking. "I am not going to lie, I want to pounce on your cock right now, but I am worn out from last night. I need a break. So we need to get you some pussy to slam and do something fun."
I smiled. "I might have forgotten to film this morning," I confessed. I know you would have loved it too," I told her. Crystal glared at me before smiling.
"We are going to need to get you a camera slave. How about we start with only a fan that costs fifty grand a month to be in? Something no one but the richest can be in. Where all you do is upload your destruction of pussys and asses," Crystal chuckled, "kidding, but not kidding about the cameraman. How about the cute little sissy you started to train the other day, Kyle? Was it?"
"Kylar?"
"Yeah, just start getting him to video you and us," Crystal looked at me as if I had an idea and paused, "You have an idea. What?"
"Well, yours is good for normal stuff, but I just had a thought of something fun."
"Again, What?"
"You know that I have been dealing with a cuck following Alex around?"
"Um, I think you had a video I watched, or you mentioned it a time or two, I think. Your exploits are many."
"Well, we could always use an editor."
Crystal's eyes widened, and I felt the damp spot on my stomach grow. "No, that's fucking sadistic."
"I presented him three options this morning; option one is to marry his childhood sweetheart, Alex, but he will never touch her, and her kids would be mine." I said with a grin, "Option two, fuck off and stop bothering us. Or, Option three, be trained by me to be a cuck."
"No, He choise option three?"
"He chose option three. I don't know whether to be happy or sad that he did, but the fucking cuck is going to be around Alex now. Begging for the scraps of attention and scorn sent his way. It may as well make him fucking useful. I am sure watching and editing videos of Alex being demolished by me would be a reward when I am done with him."
"Still, that is fucked up, Angela."
"Well, I haven't started yet, and frankly, I am going to ask for consent the entire time. He will be going in with both eyes open and be bluntly honest. I haven't lied once to the fucking cuck, well, not really lied, maybe stretched the truth once or twice but not outright lied. I haven't fucking forced him to do a single fucking thing. The Cuck is the one who has walked into everything with his own decisions. I am not going to take responsibility for an eighteen-year-old cuck doing fucking cuck things."
Crystal opened her mouth, closed it, and thought about it. "Sorry, you're right; if he walked in with his own decisions and you pushed three options to him, then yeah, it's his fault. It is sadistic as fuck, but who am I to kink shame?" Crystal chuckled, "Now, the conversation took a darker turn than I wanted. But I think we should do something fun!"
"What do you have in mind?"
"Well, Becky might be available, and I would not mind watching a bitch crawl around begging for cum." Crystal said with a grin.
"You want me to demolish her pussy? Don't I have work tonight?"
"Yes. Um, Did Samantha call about the client?"
"Um, I don't believe so. Now that I think about it, I have no idea if I am even working tonight."
"You definitely are; Samantha never stops complaining about your lack of availability."
"Then I should call her," I said with a grin.
"You should; we can plan accordingly."
"Sounds good," I said, looking Crystal up and down. You know, I can't reach my phone in my bag with your legs wrapped around me."
"Which pocket?"
"The big one. Where I put my clothes."
Crystal then shoved her breasts in my face and pushed past me, and I smiled as I felt her rummaging through my bag as I held her up by her ass. "Got it," She exclaimed. She pulled back and saw my smile, and she opened up my phone, "You have an old ass phone, and you don't even lock it."
"I have nothing to hide," I said with a shrug, making her bounce a little.
"Um, yeah, you do, Angela. You work at a BDSM club with client information." Crystal said, looking down at me, "You can just give me the password."
"But then I will have to deal with the fucking lock screen."
"And you can take a second to unlock your phone," Crystal scolded, looking down at me. "Seriously, I am being serious. You need to lock your phone, Angela."
It was my turn to pout, and I sighed, "Fuck, are you sure? Sounds like such a pain."
"It feels weird that I am trying to get my lover to exercise more discretion with her phone and to lock it from me. But yeah, I am right now; I trust you, Angela. Samantha trusts you, and we text you important things we don't want others to see. If someone stole your phone, I would rather they not be able to see my pictures with a casual look."
"I- Fuck and my emails," I sighed.
"And your emails, you have serious information that can fuck with your life if someone looks into your phone; PASSWORD LOCK IT!" She said, and I rolled my eyes.
"Fine, I get it. I will lock my phone."
"Good, I like that you understand and listen to me. Thank you. Now, let's call my friend," She said, pulling out and laying my phone on my breasts as we stood in the middle of the living room with me effortlessly holding her up. She put it to the speaker and looked at me. "You know, it's only now that I realize what a fucking beast you are in strength."
"What do you mean," I asked with a raised eyebrow.
"Well, you are wearing two hundred and forty fucking pounds of weights, and you are carrying your girlfriend for the last like twenty minutes without care. Not once have you complained."
"That is right, Angela, that is fucking ridiculous," I suddenly heard Samantha's voice.
"Oh, you picked up," I said with Crystal.
"Yeah, I don't know why you are calling while you are flirting."
"Because we were talking while we waited, But you forgot to call Angela about work tonight." Crystal piped up.
"Fuck, I thought I did. This week has been hectic. You know, Angela, I am thinking of putting your time up for a fucking auction right now? Many of my wealthy clients have heard about your exploits and reviews. It is rare that there have been no fucking complaints. Seriously, you are getting more popular and not less. I was thinking about having you do some modeling for some pictures just so I can satisfy some fucking curiosity. Can I give them that Video?"
"I haven't talked to Tracy about it yet." I replied bluntly, "Without her consent, I am unwilling. I don't give a fuck about Jakes, but we can get Daniel to get it for us. Then, I don't care, as long as it doesn't end up on the internet."
"I was thinking we might do an insanely expensive Onlyfans or something for Angela," Crystal piped up again. "You know, put up some of the videos that she has made for me. We would need to talk to her lovers besides me, but it would be fun to see if they would want it."
There was silence on the other line, "That is a good idea, Crystal. Not now, though; we would need to talk about that and to her lovers. But I guess I should do business talk.
"Is this something I can't be on the phone for?" Crystal asked.
"Um, you have tight lips, and they are not that sensitive. You have a couple tonight, and they both want to be dominated and fucked. They have a fantasy of being cucked by the same person and or," Samantha paused, "Okay, feel free to say no. They have a more serious fantasy, a darker one."
"What is it?" I asked, wary.
"They want to feel kidnapped together and pit against each other in a duel to please their kidnapper."
Silence from all three of us, and I did not know what to say, "Fuck it," I said, "What do I get in return for fulfilling their darker fantasy?"
"Well, they are already paying double, but they said they would double that if you were willing to take a darker path."
"How dark?" I asked, "Like how real?"
"They, um, fuck, this is hard to say. But they also said the closer it feels to real, the more they will tip as well. Um, Crystal, close your ears for a moment. Angela will pinch you when it's good," Samantha told her.
"Fine," Crystal then brought her fingers to her ears.
"Okay, what's up."
"They both were kidnapped a couple of years back; they, Um, Fuck. This is so awkward to talk about. But it helps them cope with the feelings of that time if you do a good job. They always ask this and are fine if you reject it. But they ask me to ask at least."
I sighed, "How bad should I be."
"Look, this is between you, me and them. But, they want it as far as you're willing to go."
"That is fucked up."
"I know."
"I am not kink shaming."
"neither am I, but a lot of kinks come from people coping with trauma."
"This is not the last time I am going to have a request like this."
"Look, among the foreigners and rich, many have experiences with Kidnapping. Few of them want it again. Few had it as bad as them. You will hear about it now and then in this job. Sometimes, it is to cope. Sometimes, it is just a dark desire. This is to cope with the trauma. But they actually like it when you do it to them. This is purely optional."
"You're putting me on the spot."
"I know."
"Fuck," I closed my eyes.
I pinched Crystal's ass, and she unstuffed her ears, "All good?"
"Well, I am waiting for an answer."
"Just do whatever you want, Angela. Just make today fun."
I paused, looked at Crystal, and thought, "Can Crystal join me?"
"What?"
"What?!"
"I asked if Crystal could join me. Stop me from going too far because, well, I don't know how I will deal with it. I could also use an assistant as I do things like this. We can cover her face and give her a strap or something to add to it. I am just unsure of doing it alone."
"I- Well, Crystal, Are you interested?" Samantha asked.
"Um," Crystal looked at me, surprised, and then I could see her thinking. "Well, I literally can't take a cock after what Crystal did to me over the night. I need some rest and want to do something fun today to celebrate.":
"What is there to celebrate?"
"I am changing my schedule to basically full-time athletic training." I paused, and Samantha said nothing. " It is a happy thing for me," I said with a smile. I know a lot of people do not understand, and even Crystal was confused at first," I said, getting a playful slap on my arm, "but I am happy about it."
"I might be happier then if you have more time on your plate."
"Samantha, Boss, I don't know, we will see."
"You know, I would make a lot more money if you showed up to work more often."
"So would I, and I am already on the brink of my sanity."
"Okay, I won't pressure you. I am still happy you picked up on Thursday. Which reminds me, the Twins?"
"Not yet, they are still on my shit list. Let them sweat till November."
"Seriously?"
"I am.
"Okay. Then do you mind if Sohpia gets another round?"
"I have a soft spot for older women," I admitted.
"I think that is becoming apparent," Samantha said.
"What, there is just something about making a MILF scream that just is," I could not think of a word for it, "I just love it. Okay, I like breaking MILFs."
"Noted. So I will call Sophia about the good news. As for tonight, I will call you in no more than an hour to confirm, AS LONG AS CRYSTAL tells me if she is okay with it."
"I think it will be fun. Sure."
"Then, I will call and ask. They will have to pay you, too, Crystal. I am not going to allow my friend not to be compensated for her work."
"Cool."
"We both know you don't need it."
"Need and being compensated for time worked are two different things." Crystal shot back.
"Fair, I also agree," Samantha said, sighing, "Okay, before I hang up, Congratulations, Angela. I am happy for you. I love to hear that something you want to happen happened. I might not understand it, but I am sure we can talk about that later."
"Thanks, I mean it."
"Perfect, I will call you in a bit."
"Talk to you then."
With that, Samantha hung up, and Crystal grabbed my phone on my breasts and looked at me. "So, you want me to dominate someone with you," She said with a sly smile.
"To protect them and myself," I confessed, "I never have done something like what they are asking."
"True, I am glad that you thought of me," Crystal said, leaning down and kissing me. I moved with her as she kissed me, and I moved over to the couches before I pushed her down. She broke the kiss to yelp as I fell with her onto the couch, and she coughed. "Too heavy!"
"Ah," I said quickly, getting up, pushing off the couch, and grabbing the weights, taking them off.
"You can't be on top of me with, like, four hundred pounds. I am not as strong as you."
"I will punish you if you keep pointing out the obvious."
"AH~! I am stronger than the normal woman!" Crystal complained. "You're just a massive muscle head!"
"Muscle head?" I turned to her as I took off my ankle weights. "Are you sure you want to keep it in those words?" I asked, my voice vaguely threatening.
"Mmm, What are you going to do about it?" Crystal replied with the smile of someone who was looking to be punished.
"Maybe you need more rest than I thought. Maybe I should put you in a chastity belt till next month," I asked and watched her eyes widen in both lust and fear.
"You wouldn't," Crystal said, her voice wavering.
"We both know I would," I replied with a sinister smile as I finished taking off my weights.
"But then you wouldn't get my fine pussy till next month!" She complained.
"But I know you would suffer more. And I would ensure that I fuck a girl a day in front of you with your hands tied behind your back."
"You are not a muscle head. You are the best Mistress and Girlfriend of all time. I regret saying anything otherwise," Crystal quickly repented, and I chuckled as I got back to the couch. I came down atop her and kissed her.
"What a good little slut. You should know to adhere to your Mistress and God."
Our lips met once more, and we both started to get into kissing. Our hands did not wander, for now. I loved the feeling of pinning her down and kissing her, and I felt myself slowly hardening.
I lost myself in the moment and loved it.
Suddenly, the world snapped into focus, and my phone started to ring. I snapped back to the world and broke the kiss, and looked at the lusty bitch under me. Crystal was looking for more, so I got up. I sighed and moved.
"Samantha, you're a cock blocking bitch!" Crystal complained on the couch.
"I thought we were not going to have sex," I said as I grabbed my phone from the other couch, which I had no damn idea how it got there, and I looked at the caller. "Oh, And it is not Samantha."
"Then who is the cock blocking asshole."
I could not help but chuckle at her raw and clearly fake outrage. "My lawyer, Financial lawyer."
"Oh? Guess you should pick up," Crystal said just as I missed the call.
"I will call her back now," I said with a wry smile and called Lucy. The phone rang once, and I heard it get picked up.
"Hey Angela, are you in class?"
"Nope, You called?"
"Yeah, are you available, like, right now?" Lucy asked.
"Why?"
"Viewing, there is one you can go to now, the one you are most interested in. They say that they have an offer, and I said you can probably beat them."
"Hmmm, Okay," I said and looked at Crystal. "Would you like to come with me to a house viewing?" I asked.
"Someone else there?"
"My Girlfriend."
"Oh!"
"Yeah," Crystal replied with a smile, "Do I have time to get dressed?"
"Can you meet me at the house in twenty minutes?" Lucy asked.
"You got Ten mins, Minx. Get your cute ass upstairs and dressed."
"On it~!" Crystal said and quickly got up, jumped over the couch, and scurried upstairs, all while I got to watch her juicy ass jiggle a little. Fuck, I wanted to spank that ass so hard as I watched it.
"Okay, Is the Librarian joining us?"
"I would be murdered by her tonight if I did not open it to her. She said she would sneak out of school to join us."
"Then I will see you in twenty; my apologies if I am a bit late."
"Just come quickly."
"Okay, See you in a bit," I finished, hung up, and sighed.
I did not like being rushed, but it was what it was. I stretched and looked at the weights, wondering if I should bring them. I sighed, picked them up, and placed them closer to the door. I could hear Crystal running around upstairs, and she suddenly tossed something down the stairs. "Change Angela! No one will take a schoolgirl seriously!" she shouted before running off.
"Good point," I said aloud to myself. I removed my skirt and shirt and picked up the blue jeans and white tank top she tossed me. I was a little lightly dressed for this time of year, but I did not really care. I dressed lightly all the time in cold weather. I quickly changed into it, and I knew I looked good, so I smiled.
Crystal came down in a blue tank top and black jeans and practically jumped down the stairs, how fast she was going. I got to look at her as I grabbed my keys. "Come on, Minx. We can go now," I said as I opened the door, and she nodded.
We quickly hurried out of the house, and Crystal locked it. We came up to the gate when someone was there. I felt my eyelid twitch, and Crystal snapped, "Fuck off, Karen. I don't fucking care what you have to say!" She said and pushed open the gate.
"Crystal, you little trust fund bitch. You need to tell your little fucking lesbian bitch to stop parking here!" the woman snapped back, then noticed me.
"What the fuck did you just say, bitch?" I sneered and looked at Crystal, who had a similar expression. "nope, not now," I said, and I pulled Crystal behind me and opened the door, and Crystal ran around to the passenger side.
"THIS ISN'T OVER!" Karen screamed at us.
I opened the window, and I looked at her, "You can fuck off, bitch. Seriously, This little lesbian bitch knows what to do with old dumb bitches like you. I can tell you one thing," I grinned. "I love breaking them and making them scream," I said, thinking about what I could do to Hilda tomorrow.
The woman's eyes widened, and she turned and ran. I finished turning on my car and started driving down the street, letting the cool air cool me down. "Why is it every time I am happy that something comes up to piss me off?" I asked.
"Because you're awesome, and she is jealous of you," Crystal replied with a massive smile.
"Even if I was not lying, I know how to deal with stupid bitches like that," I said with a sneer.
"No, you know how to deal with Masochists."
"Nah, She is a Masochist. She is a pent-up bitch that hasn't gotten fucking laid in years and runs around letting everyone know that she has too much sexual energy. So she makes everyone as miserable as her."
"That is a theory." Crystal chuckled.
"It is what it is. What the fuck is her problem anyway?" I asked as I turned and quickly saw my school as I was driving a little faster than I should.
"She needs to get laid!" Crystal laughed, "I don't know, she is around with some fucking HOA that I thought would be fine when I bought the place. Now," She sighed.
"It is what it is, eh?"
"I like my house," Crystal said, and I nodded as I pulled up to the house, which was basically across the street from my school. Crystal was looking at it. "Seriously, this is close to your school?"
"Better to break bitches here than at school," I said with a shrug, and she looked at me with a surprised expression.
"You want to make your house a sex meet-up spot?"
"Well, yeah," I said with a chuckle, "What else do you expect of me? I need to leave poor Nelson," I turned to Crystal, "That is the Janitor cleaning up after me without snitching," I explained, "Alone. Honestly, I am surprised I haven't been ratted out yet."
"Seriously, you have been letting the JANITOR of your school clean up some of the things you have done," Crystal then chuckled, "What the fuck is with your Sexual luck."
"Well, I got you, and ever since, I have been lucky," I replied with a smile.
Crystal looked at me with wide eyes as I said that. I finished parking my car and turned it off. "That was fucking unfair. Super unfair, we are out in public, and I want to jump you and take your cock regardless of if it hurts."
"Hmmm, Maybe a chastity belt is needed," I replied, "I wonder how wet you will get after a week? Month? Year," I purred.
"You put one on me for a year, and I will have murdered you in sheer sexual frustration in an eighth of that time."
"Yeah," I admitted, getting out of the car and seeing my Layer and the hot Librarian together. A guy suddenly came out of the house, too, and I walked up to Lucy. "Lucy, this is my girlfriend, Crystal, Crystal, this is my financial lawyer, Lucy."
"Nice to meet you. Your girlfriend is an interesting character."
"She is amazing in every respect. Who is this stunning woman?" Crystal asked as the man approached us.
"I am Lucy's wife or partner, Ms. Granger," she said with a smile, and Crystal's eyebrow twitched. "Oh, sorry. My name is Allie Granger." She said, "I got used to not saying my name around students."
"Hey, Ladies," the guy showed up with a massive smile. "Lucy, Allie, I did not expect to see you so soon. But here we are. Which one of you beautiful ladies is Angela?" he asked, and I looked him up and down.
The man was thin and shorter than me by at least six inches. His way of talking and mannerisms made me think he was slightly gay, at least. His brown hair was stylish, and his casual clothes did not look so casual the way he dressed. I could only think of him as Handsome but small. He's not my type of guy, but I like him already. "I am," I said with a grin, "Angela Brown, you are Brendon?" I asked.
"Yes, Nice to meet you. I have to say, you are younger than I expected." Brendon said with a smile, showing no malice in his words.
"Because I am eighteen, I hope I look young. But Lucy and Allie said that you are great at your job, so I am looking forward to working with you," I said, and we shook hands.
"Well, I hope I can live up to your expectations. Honestly, the house you have picked has been on the market for three days, and they received an offer. I was surprised, but they have not accepted the offer yet. When I told them you were interested, their real estate agent was happy to show us the place, but they wanted to sell the place fast. So, the decision is something you have to come up with quickly. Okay?"
"No worries, I am decisive, and I can afford to fuck up; I am young, after all."
Lucy glared at me, "You will not be fucking up under my watch."
"Or mine," Allie said.
"I wouldn't allow it either," Crystal added in with her two cents, and I shrugged.
"See, no one will allow it," I told Brendon who smiled in return. "Ready to see the place?"
"Yeah, let's go check it out," Crystal said with a smile. We started to follow Brendon in, and he was smiling. So this place is of great value in my opinion. The basement is unfinished, with only a bathroom down there, a two-piece. Do you want to start from the bottom up?" Brendon asked, and I nodded.
"Yeah, I do."
"Okay, then it is right at the door," he said and opened the front door. We were greeted with a split level with a set of stairs down and one leading up. I looked up, and the house was old and filled with boxes. The wall color was grey, but it didn't smell of cigarettes. "They have not finished moving out, but there are only a few boxes left. They will be out before closing."
"Okay," I replied, and he pointed down the stairs, and we followed him down.
What greeted me was a large, obviously unfinished basement. The walls were open, and structural beams around the place held up the house, which was nice to see. It was large, open, and had something odd. "What is that?" I asked, pointing at a large Machine.
"It is a heat pump, and beside it is a water softener and a hot water tank. However, this is all new; it has been updated in the last three years. The pump is this year. Unfortunately, the parents passed away, and no one wants to deal with the house." Brendon said with a sad expression, and I nodded. "They all live out of state, it seems, but all new utilities down here, though. So it creates hot water as you turn it on with high efficiency. I would have a house inspector look it over, but that would be great. Lots of space to put things in down here."
"Or an amazing Sex dungeon," I said with a wistful expression and a smile, and Crystal giggled as I got three stares. "What?" I asked.
"You said that out loud, Angela," Crystal said.
"So?" I said, turning to her, "I have sex; what about it."
"Um, yeah, there is a lot of space to work with down here," Brendon said with a cough.
"Okay, I like it. I can turn this into my space. I like it," I said with a grin. We will have to get some contractors in here, but we can sort it all out pretty quickly, I think. We don't need anything like you have, but I would like something nice."
Crystal blushed. "You're right, maybe a couple weeks."
"Perfect. Where is the bathroom?" I asked, and he pointed to a corner near the utilities, and it was a little room with a shitty sink and toilet. "Yeah, tear this out and redo it," I said with a frown.
"As expected," Brendon said, "Honestly, the basement is the worst part of their house, in my opinion. It sounds like you like it, though."
"I do; let's see the upstairs."
With that, Brendon started to show us around, and I could say the three-level house was larger than I was expecting. The fact that two old people were living here was surprising. It seemed that it was less lived in than it should have been. I think they were expecting family to be around more than they did. The master bedroom was large, and the Ensuite was nice. Nothing like Crystals, but the Bathtub was large and had a ledge all around. The shower was okay, and there was a three-piece bathroom between the other two bedrooms with a shower and bath included.
It looked like a house. The main floor was nice, too, with a bathroom in the middle of the house under the stairs and a looted laundry room with no washer or dryer. "They took the appliances, so you will need to buy your own," Brendon said, and I nodded in response.
Overall, the house was larger than I needed. It was big, and the basement was something that I liked a lot. It was the only one that was reasonably priced near my school. It was something that I could throw some money into and increase the value or keep for later. It was an interesting choice, but the Kitchen sucked. The positioning of everything was counter-intuitive to me, and I frowned. "This has to go," I said with a frown, "The kitchen makes no fucking sense," I complained.
"Okay, but overall, what do you think?" Brendon asked.
After a couple of moments, I said, "Hmmm, I want to buy it. Crystal, Lucy, and Allie, you all have been looking around. What do you think?" I asked for opinions.
"I like the basement," Crystal said with a blush, "I am sure we can turn it into something amazing for you to have fun. As for the rest, I think there is more house than you need."
"I agree with the latter part of that. Do you want to find something smaller?" Lucy asked curiously.
"Is there anything close to my school that's smaller?" I asked, and Brendon shook his head. "Then I see no choice on that. I can use it to have guests over, though. Maybe a workout room?"
"That is a good idea," Crystal added. God knows you barely watch TV."
"I think this place is a great investment," Lucy said. You can renovate the basement to what you want, and as long as it is open concept, people will want it later, no matter what you use it for. As for the upper floor, this is a nice family home. You have plenty of space to grow into. You will profit from this if the market continues its current trend."
"The upper floor is a good place to separate everything downstairs and in the basement. You can make it a nice escape from reality." Allie added in.
"You all like it?" I asked.
"It's big, but yeah," Crystal said.
"I agree," Lucy said.
"I like it," Allie added in.
"Brendon, what do you think of this place?" I asked the realtor.
"Well, you haven't told me your budget, but this is a great location for those who want kids. It is in a rapidly growing town that will soon probably turn into a City. I think the market price for this is a little low right now. I think this house is a steal at the current price."
"Then let's move forward. I would like to purchase the place," I finished. Lucy, Do you mind handling the rest for me, including negotiations? I will trust you to do it all until I need to sign on the dotted line."
"You sure?" Lucy said with a surprised expression.
"Yup, I have other things to worry about, and hopefully, I will pay you an amazing amount in the future to do a great job. If I can't trust you with this, then why should I trust you with everything else?"
"Point taken, Brendon; we can move forward contingent on a house inspection and all the fun jazz," Lucy said.
"See you all later!" I said, pulling Crystal lightly with me.
"You're seriously leaving it all to them?" Crystal asked, surprised.
I pulled her out of the house, looking at her surprised expression until we got to my car. I opened the door, got inside, and sighed, thinking about the money I had just spent. I turned to look at Crystal, who was looking at me oddly. "You think I am a little crazy leaving it to her?" I asked.
"Yeah," Crystal said seriously.
"Well, she makes money based on how well she does her job for me. She is making a bet on me," I told Crystal with a wry smile, "Why fuck me over here and make pennies when she is betting on me having a bigger future?"
"I-" Crystal looked at me, even more surprised and speechless.
"I go to the same school as her Wife, too."
"Yeah, but it just feels weird."
"And I will have to trust her at some point. Why not now?" I asked and turned on my car. I may as well start now and hope I bet right. If I fail," I chuckled, "At least I make tens of thousands of dollars for my work. A setback won't kill me."
"You are crazy; I love it," Crystal said, and I pulled out and started driving back to her place.
"No, I am rational, but you can think what you want about my mental state. After all, it brought me to you, so I guess it can't be too bad, right?"
Crystal pouted in return and turned away, "Your mean, saying things like that."

"No problem, Angela. How about you take the day off school and get your mind together again?" Principal Black said with a soft smile, "You look worn out." Yes, I did. You made me think I was crazy for a moment since you find so much stuff Lol.
