I just tested and they work fine in the new MHWilds beta test version, you can check readme.txt inside the .zip file for how to install.
4 inners and 3 armor sets are moded, check left side on images for which armor parts are modified.

I do wan to, the issue is that the starting armor set use a special physics file .gpuc and will cause bug once the corresponding 3d mesh was edited(we had similar issue in DD2), I'm waitting for a gpuc disable mod.
