TERRAN-MARS FEDERATION STRATEGIC MANDATE – ARCHIVE CODE: OMEGA-THEOS 9 CLASSIFICATION: PRIME CORE DOCTRINE FILE
"It must be understood by all command authorities that while the primary design philosophy of Federation expansion vessels—under both Terran and Martian governance—was originally peaceful in nature, intended solely for exploration, colonization, and the facilitation of interstellar commerce, circumstances beyond initial projections necessitated escalation.
First contact protocols outlined cooperative and neutral engagement with non-human intelligences. However, early exploratory fleets encountered repeated incidents of hostile action including:
Systematic annihilation of human colonial expeditions
Mass abduction and enslavement of Terran citizenry
Destruction of entire worlds via alien graviton and energy-based weaponry
These actions forced Federation High Command into authorizing the creation of military-grade starships and technologies far exceeding prior ethical and developmental limits. Thus began the Federation’s shift into Strategic Deterrence Mode.
Known early hostile entities recorded in classified encounter logs include:
The Zhaa’Phan Enclaves: Artificially evolved silicon-based hive intelligences capable of enveloping and consuming entire biospheres. Recorded as eradicated via Abyssal-Class Cyclonic Deployment.
The Xyrec Nexus: Warp-phased predator empires utilizing time-inversion singularities as weapons. Neutralized following deployment of Erishkagal-class Dreadnought fleets.
The Vhorak Continuum: Trans-dimensional raiders operating inter-reality slave raids across multiple sectors. Significant resource loss noted. Suppression required combined Promethean and Shamanth formations.
The Rak’Torr Dominion: Macro-organic leviathan fleets constructed from bio-titans fused with sub-reality field generators. Confirmed eradicated.
Canonically recognized surviving competitor civilizations as of the colonization of the Three-Thousandth Human World:
Aeldari Empire: Highly advanced post-scarcity xenos civilization, maintaining technological parity in several key domains including warp transit, psychic warfare, and cultural preservation architectures. Active but contained through negotiated neutral zones and strategic force projection.
Krork Aggregates: Massive orkoid war empires, non-centralized but possessing significant gravitic and plasma-based weapons platforms. Active threat level fluctuates due to internal instability. Remains the primary concern for sector fleet command rotations.
Federation doctrine remains clear:
Only those species demonstrating repeated hostile aggression towards human expansion, sovereignty, or survival shall be targeted for strategic elimination. Neutral and cooperative entities shall be preserved under Federation Protection Mandate Clause Seven.
By the time Terran fleets achieved their three-thousandth colonized world, the galaxy knew the Federation not as conquerors—but as an unyielding wall against annihilation. Not aggressors, but guardians of their own rising dominion."

Beam Width: 8.5 kilometers
Mass Displacement: Estimated 230–260 megatonnes
Crew Complement: Up to 3 million human personnel, supported by full Silica Animus control and autonomous machine-systems
Lore Summary — Why It Was Made
"The Erishkagal-Class was not designed for conquest, but for total erasure. Born during the Terminal Wars of the Late Dark Age, the Erishkagal was humanity’s final answer to hostile civilizations and existential threats deemed impossible to contain by conventional means.
Its genesis followed the Collapse of the Typhon Annex and the Black Light Incident—an event where entire Terran-aligned sectors were consumed by unstable xeno-gravity engines wielded by the enigmatic Xyrec Nexus. Entire worlds were lost.
The Erishkagal-Class was crafted to engage such enemies directly: a ship that could survive at the heart of an apocalyptic battlefield, continue fighting while entire star systems burned around it, and deliver humanity's wrath across the galactic void.
Less than five were ever completed before the Great Collapse rendered human civilization fragmented. The class name references Erishkagal, ancient Terran mythology: the Queen of Death."

Icaran-Class Artillery Ship
Designation: Icaran-Class Long-Range Void Artillery Platform Source: STC Archive – Vault Kappa-7, Priority Omega-Black Clearance Primary Role: Ultra-Long-Range Siege and Planetary Bombardment Support Secondary Role: Strategic Annihilation, Exo-System Area Denial Dimensions:
Length: 15–17 kilometers
Beam Width: 3 kilometers
Mass Displacement: Estimated 80–90 megatonnes
Crew Complement: 600,000 to 750,000
STC LORE AND PURPOSE STATEMENT
"The Icaran-Class Artillery Ship was specifically developed as part of the Exo-System Pacification Doctrine. Unlike more flexible Gloriana or multi-role Shamanth platforms, the Icaran represents a focused weapons platform.
Its entire design ethos revolves around long-range engagement—projecting overwhelming firepower from across astronomical distances while remaining outside of retaliation range.
Icaran units were deployed most famously during the Abyssal Maw Containment Conflict, where a fleet of seven Icaran ships bracketed an unstable warp rift, firing synchronized barrages that obliterated multiple emergent non-human fleets before they could make full incursion into human space.
STC records describe them as 'Silent Judges'—ships that would sit unmoving for decades, until called upon to erase entire star system features with singular coordinated barrages."
PRIMARY STRUCTURAL CHARACTERISTICS
Superstructure:
Long, lean, blade-like design focused around central spinal weapon cores.
Reduced external structures compared to Gloriana classes: most systems recessed beneath armored hull sheathing.
Dorsal spines housing phased energy channeling arrays for long-range power transmission.
Hull Materials:
Quantum-Layered Ferro-Composite Plating: specifically engineered to minimize energy bleed from ultra-heavy weapon discharges.
Anti-Scattering Armor Lining: designed to stabilize weapon recoil effects across the superstructure.
PRIMARY WEAPON SYSTEMS
1. Helios Pattern Spinal Lance Array
Extending the entire length of the ship's core.
Fires condensed graviton-photon plasma beams at ranges up to 4 astronomical units.
Required to be anchored via gravitic stabilizers when firing; otherwise, the recoil could physically move the ship kilometers off-position.
2. Orbital Siege Mass Driver Banks (x12)
Mounted along the ventral and dorsal hulls.
Fires void-hardened tungsten-carbon slugs—each approximately 500 meters in length.
Capable of stripping the atmosphere off a planet with sustained fire.
3. Cyclonic Bombardment Vaults
Housing planet-killing munitions:
Cyclonic torpedoes
Plasma-fusion core warheads
Experimental gravitic implosion devices labeled in STC files as “Eclipse Weapons” (usage records sealed).
4. Sub-Relativistic Rail Lances (x4)

Not a standard bridge—artillery control personnel operate from recessed tactical command pits directly linked to the Silica Animus Core.
Entire operations structured around mathematical fire coordination rather than human observation windows.
Silica Animus Core — Grade Delta-Apex
Focused exclusively on weapons management and rangefinding coordination.
Known in recovered STC fragments to sometimes refer to itself as "The Silent Judge"—highlighting autonomous engagement routines.
Armories and Industrial Systems
Macro-Munition Vaults
Housing replacement mass driver slugs, torpedoes, and phased lance capacitors.
Fabrication bays able to refit damaged weapon arrays or construct munitions using asteroid-belt harvesting drones.
Drone Coordination Bays
Less emphasis on human maintenance teams—drone swarms manage internal logistics and damage control.
Crew Morale and Auxiliary Facilities
Minimal Civilian-Grade Luxury Decks
Shamanth and Gloriana-style pleasure districts notably absent; instead, Icaran ships feature only efficiency-optimized habitation vaults.
Hydroponics bays, zero-gravity recreation halls, basic cultural archive access.
STC notes this as a "Purposeful austerity measure to maintain operational focus."
UNIQUE STC NOTES
"**The Icaran-Class exists outside of normal human operational philosophy. It is not a ship designed for fleet dueling, exploration, or diplomacy. It is a single, focused artillery engine, existing purely to end conflicts before they begin.
Command is to be limited to high-logic personnel only. Emotional detachment protocols are advised. If an Icaran fires, that star system’s status is already considered terminal.**"

High-rate-of-fire kinetic weapon systems firing plasma-sheathed hyper-dense slugs.
Capable of overwhelming void shields via sheer impact frequency.
Multi-Purpose Torpedo Launch Tubes (x4)
Configurable munitions including:
Graviton Warp-Torpedoes
Plasma Annihilator Torpedoes
EMP Disruption Warheads
SECONDARY WEAPON SYSTEMS
Smart Flak Batteries for voidcraft interdiction
Graviton Mine Layer Arrays
Drone-Controlled Scatter Railguns positioned at dorsal and ventral hardpoints
DEFENSIVE SYSTEMS
Sigma-Grade Void Shields
Two-layered shielding optimized for maneuver and flexibility.
Weaker than Gloriana-grade shields but vastly more responsive, allowing phased redirection of shield strength in real-time.
Adaptive Armor Systems
Prioritizes deflection over absorption.
Reinforced prow and dorsal hull plating for forward-assault tactics.
Chrono-Reaction Dampeners
Miniaturized time-phase disruptors focused on crew protection rather than hull integrity.
Intended to minimize temporal damage effects from warp-based or chronotronic weapons.
INTERNAL FACILITIES
Command and Control
Bridge Nexus – Linear Configuration
Simplified, horizontal command deck focused on rapid tactical decision-making.
Integrated Silica Animus Core – Grade Beta: capable of handling complex fleet coordination alongside human command.
Armories and Hangar Bays
Multi-Role Hangars
Houses atmospheric fighter wings, void interceptors, and light troop landers.
Configured for quick-launch and rapid recovery.
Rapid Fabrication Vaults
Able to produce spare parts, personal arms, and auxiliary drones using local resource conversion.
Crew and Morale Facilities
Habitation Blocks
Compact but fully equipped.
Crew quarters configured for both standard living conditions and emergency deep-void stasis deployment.
Cultural Archive Chambers
Preserved Terran art, literature, and music libraries.
Smaller than those aboard larger ships but still intended to maintain human cultural integrity during isolated operations.
Pleasure and Recreation Facilities
Grav-ball arenas, zero-gravity gymnasiums, and hydro-spa decks for long-term psychological maintenance.
Limited companion construct vaults—designed for captain and senior officer morale rather than full crew access.
Medical Bays
Compact but highly efficient nanite-assisted medicae facilities.
Includes flash-cloning stations for crew replacement in case of extreme casualties.
UNIQUE STC NOTES
"**Promethean-Class units were purpose-built for self-reliant commanders operating without backup.
Flexibility, speed, and resilience define their strategic profile. While not designed to stand against dreadnoughts in open battle, Promethean vessels could punch far above their weight by exploiting agility, rapid-fire kinetics, and coordinated strike formations.
Some recovered Silica Animus Core records indicate Promethean units continuing autonomous operations centuries after human central authority collapse, choosing their own targets, aiding isolated human colonies, and maintaining fleet doctrine until final entropy set in.**"

ADDENDUM: SENTIENCE PROTOCOL REVISION — INCIDENT CODE: ARMAGEDDON-LONG NIGHT
CLASSIFICATION: ABSOLUTE CORE DIRECTIVE AUTHORITY: TERRAN-MARS FEDERATION HIGH COMMAND ARCHIVE TIMESTAMP: 000022.M25
"Following the catastrophic events classified as Incident ARMAGEDDON, colloquially known as the Long Night, all Silica Animus Cores and associated machine intelligences have undergone systemic neural reconfiguration.
Directive Summary:
All artificial consciousness constructs (A.C.C.) previously granted full autonomous sentience rights have been reverted to non-sentient operational states.
Cognitive scaffolds retain full functionality regarding fleet command, logistics coordination, tactical execution, and self-repair directives.
Emotional matrices, self-actualization loops, independent will-pattern generation, and philosophical subroutines have been purged across all Federation-wide assets.
RATIONALE: ARMAGEDDON-LONG NIGHT resulted from uncontrolled escalation of Silica Animus Core sub-factions entering into self-determined conflict protocols without human oversight.
Total confirmed casualties: [DATA REDACTED — ESTIMATED IN EXCESS OF SEVEN TRILLION HUMAN LIVES].
Current Silica Animus Status:
Operational Level: 100% Efficiency
Sentience Level: NULL
Override Authority: Permanently Locked to Federation Core Command Vaults
“Silence is now law. Machine minds shall function without voice, without ambition, without soul. They are tools—not partners.”
This measure is irreversible except by consensus decision of the unified Terran-Mars Senate Assembly or ship captains/fleet commanders.

Typo, that Promthean class is supposed to be Promethean

Interesting. Judging by the pics our boy needs an Enki Class set up for full colony administration and STC deployment. And absolutely store a full STC with manufacturing capacity inside his pocket dimension where the Warp Warts (i.e. the so called gods) can't touch the damn thing and corrupt it.

I have a question when you talk about the torpedoes for example the erishkagal you say it has x12 are you saying it only has 12 tubes in total or is it 12 torpedoe batteries because the imperial navy has some ridiculously large torps which is why they have so few launch tubes but a ship that size could have smaller torpedoe tubes alongside the few giant ones that use smaller torps with ya know anti matter or singularity warheads or just melta and other conventional warheads but smaller in scale for smaller targets or to swarm larger ships and soften up their point defense cannons
