I wasn’t thinking anymore. My body was moving on its own, guided by something primal and overwhelming. My heart hammered in my chest as I found myself outside Ayden’s hotel room. The hallway was quiet except for the faint hum of the air conditioning, but my breathing was loud in my ears.
There was a shoe perched at the doorstep—his shoe. Black, stylish, and unmistakably his. It was the signal. The invitation.
I froze, staring at the door, my hand trembling at my side. What the fuck am I doing? My brain was starting to catch up, screaming at me to turn around, to walk back to Ashlee and pretend none of this had ever happened.
“No,” I muttered under my breath, shaking my head. “I can’t do this. I’m straight. I like boobs. I like—ass…”
My mind flickered back to Ayden’s ass, the way it had looked all day in that ridiculous speedo. Perfect, smooth, toned. The image of that photo he’d sent flashed again in my mind, and I felt the ache in my body grow stronger. My fingers curled into fists at my sides.
“No. No. I’m going,” I whispered, forcing myself to turn around. I took one step. Then another. And then—
“Dallas,” a voice called softly from behind the door. “Is that you?”
I stopped dead in my tracks. My heart was in my throat, pounding so hard I thought I might pass out. His voice was low, smooth, and teasing, like he already knew the answer. Like he’d been waiting for me.
I swallowed hard, every muscle in my body tense. I could still leave. I could still walk away. But my feet wouldn’t move. My breathing was shallow, my body burning with something I didn’t understand, and before I knew it, I turned back toward the door.
“Dallas,” Ayden’s voice came again, a hint of a smirk in his tone. “Come on. Don’t keep me waiting.”
My hand reached for the doorknob before my stupid brain could stop it.
I pushed the door open, my hand trembling as I stepped inside. The room was dimly lit, just the faint glow of a bedside lamp casting soft, golden light over the space. And there he was.
Ayden.
He was sprawled out on the bed, completely naked. His toned body glistened faintly, almost radiant, as if he’d just moisturized. His lean, athletic build was on full display, every curve of muscle perfectly sculpted. His long legs stretched out casually, his arms draped above his head like he didn’t have a care in the world.
And then, there was his dick. My breath caught in my throat—it had to be at least eight inches, thick and standing at full attention. My heart hammered in my chest as I tried not to stare, but it was impossible. The sheer confidence he radiated, lying there so effortlessly, was magnetic. He looked like he belonged in a magazine spread, every inch of him unapologetically bold.
“Hey there, straight boy,” Ayden said, his voice smooth and teasing. His dark eyes locked onto mine, his smirk growing wider. “Took you long enough.”
“I… I shouldn’t…” I stammered, the words fumbling out of my mouth. My brain was screaming at me to leave, but my body refused to move.
Ayden arched an eyebrow, propping himself up slightly on his elbows. “Oh, come on, Dallas. We both know why you’re here.” He gestured lazily toward his body, the smirk never leaving his face. “You’ve been staring at me all day. At the pool, in the locker room… You’ve been fighting it, but here you are.”
I swallowed hard, my eyes darting around the room, trying to look anywhere but at him. But they kept returning, drawn to him like a magnet. My head was spinning. My chest was tight. I felt trapped between the door and something I didn’t understand, something I couldn’t control.
Ayden leaned back further, one leg bending slightly as he shifted, putting himself on even fuller display. “You can’t hide it, Dallas. I see the way you’re looking at me.” His voice dropped, softer now, almost a whisper. “You want this. So stop pretending you don’t.”
My knees felt weak, my body tense and burning. I didn’t know how to respond, didn’t know what to do. All I knew was that Ayden was right—I’d been staring all day. I couldn’t stop. And now, standing here, the door closed behind me, I didn’t want to.
Ayden’s smirk deepened, his dark eyes flashing with something mischievous and knowing. He tilted his head, letting out a soft laugh as if my words were exactly what he’d been expecting.
“Oh, Dallas,” he said, his voice low and dripping with pure amusement. “But I gotta say, I didn’t know you had it in you. Guess you’re full of surprises.”
He sat up slowly, his body moving like liquid, every motion deliberate and confident. His legs swung off the edge of the bed, and he leaned forward, resting his elbows on his knees. The room seemed to shrink as he stared at me, his gaze heavy, all-seeing and unrelenting.
“Let’s get one thing straight—” He paused, the corner of his mouth twitching at the word. “—I don’t mind taking charge. Hell, I’m good at it. But you?” He gestured toward me, his eyes raking over my body. “You’ve got that look. Like you’re dying for someone to take control. Like you’ve been waiting for someone to tell you what to do, show you what you really want.”
I blinked, my pulse roaring in my ears. He was wrong. He had to be wrong. I was the confident one. The one in charge. If this was gonna happen I would be the top! But I had to admit, the idea that Ayden could see me—really see me—shook something deep inside.
He stood up then, walking toward me with that same effortless swagger he’d had all day. He was close now, his bare chest inches from mine. “But I’m feeling generous tonight,” he whispered, his voice smooth and teasing. “So, tell me, Dallas—what do you want? You want me to taste you?” His lips curved into a devilish grin. “Or maybe you want to taste me?”
I swallowed hard, unable to speak. He stepped even closer, so close I could feel the heat radiating off him. His finger trailed lightly over my chest, his touch making it hard to thing straight.
“It’s all the same to me,” he teased, his lips brushing against my ear. “But I have a feeling…” His voice dropped lower, and his finger moved down to the waistband of my pants. “You’ve got a submissive side. Don’t you?”
My breath hitched, my body frozen. He leaned back, his eyes locking onto mine, waiting for an answer. For the first time, I felt completely out of my depth—and I couldn’t tell if I wanted to run or fall to my knees…
